It's the smokin' hot taste sensation that's blazed a trail across the bars and clubs of North America. Now it's sparking havoc on the UK scene. Smooth liqueur with a natural cinnamon flavour and pure Canadian whisky. www.fireballuk.com

We were at the Gary Barlow gig last night we were in the front circle when a very kind steward took my husband n little girl to the front to watch the final song. Just wanted to thank them so much made there night.

User

We were at the Apollo Saturday 2nd September for Klub Kids drag comedy.

Security staff were lovely and it was reassuring and nice to know there was plenty of them around the whole venue and easily to spot in their yellow tshirts.

Venue is beautiful inside like a theatre should be full of grandeur. Seats are ok not the greatest for comfort but ok leg room for myself and friend who have little legs.

We had a brilliant time and everything went well so definately come back to the Apollo for other shows etc

User

Wanted to thank security at the Perfect Circle gig last night for coming to my aid after I passed out. Got me to fresh air, water and new seats upstairs so I could enjoy the show, which I did very much! If they hadn't I would have had to come home. Thanks so much guys & gals!! Greatly appreciated!

User

Took out children here yesterday to watch Paw Patrol. Kids loved it. Only thing I would say is that there is not a lot of leg room and when you have kids and people are trying to get past its hard work trying to get them to move. Could also do with like a lounge area so you can go and have a drink and they can have a wonder as they get fed up waiting. Overall an excellent time and would definitely return x

Staff were absolutely fantastic. My partner and I were at Train tonight and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My partner asked the security member if I could lean against the barrier at the access ramp for the disabled section downstairs due to back pain, and without batting an eyelid she let me through, but then took our tickets and exchanged them for seated tickets upstairs which had been sold out when we went to book. We got some of the best seats in the house and she made no fuss about it at all. Made the experience so much more enjoyable for me as I was not worrying about my back pain. Thank you so much xxx

User

I took my 6 year old nephew to see Niall last night for his 7th birthday today, can I just say your staff and security were absolutely brilliant with him, they all spoke to him, wished him happy birthday, they let him stay on my shoulders for the whole concert, let us stand where he was safe and not scared, even outside security made sure he was at the front whilst he was waiting for Niall. Absolutely brilliant they were thank you so much for making his night

User

I attended the Haim gig last night at nearly 36 weeks pregnant and the steward who was on the doors that led up to the circle was fantastic. He said I could go back to him if the toilet queue was too large and he’d organise the disabled toilet for me, and let me know if I had any twinges he could radio through to the St Johns Ambulance team. Really lovely bloke and I appreciated his level of concern. Great venue, but you really need to sort out some air con!!

User

Was really looking forward to this show .(Jim Jefferies ) At the beginning, despite being obviously drunk from the onset, he held it together enough to stick to routine. As the show progressed and he became more and more drunk , what we had paid for turned into drunken ramblings and the use of offensive language without the wit which usually makes it funny. He was so drunk that he couldn't hold his mic up so that everyone could hear what he was saying properly. I feel saddened that someone I admired was publicly destroying himself with no respect for the audience members who had paid a lot of money to see a quality performance. We will be seeking a refund

User

Seating tired. Bar prices ridiculous. Can't bring your own cans in but can bring a bottle of water. I know security is important but sealed cans not allowed and open water bottles are. Think is more to do with bar profits than security.

User

Patti Smith gig, 5th June 2018. Typical. Get to the venue an hour early. Be only 4 people away from the front of the priority queue. 3 doors open, scanner doesn't work on the one I'm at. Wait until they decide what to do as people stream in the other doors. Eventually directed to one of the other doors. Not stage front this time, which is a shame because Patti took a crowd photo and shared it on Instagram - I'd have been clearly there. Also, didn't get to the merchandise stall because I had to do my best to get as good a sport as possible, so no t-shirt.Thanks Apollo. Didn't let it spoil my night but wish they'd handled it better. Actual concert?? Simply stupendous.

User

Good range of acts, but seating in the lower stalls is so cramped....other than that a nice venue....

User

Has to be said that the bar arrangements for the Radio 2 50th Birthday bash were appalling......at times 10 deep (upstairs). To add to the frustration every customer had to wait until their drinks were poured out for them by the clearly overworked staff who just couldn't keep up (is an empty can a danger or just too much to clear up). Apparently there were a number of staff who rang in sick - what about agency workers???? And at £9.20 for 2 can of cider it just adds insult to injury........sort it out Apollo.......

User

Whilst Queuing for the toilet I was told by a security guard named nick to leave as I was blocking the enterance (I was n the middle of a long line or the toilet in no way blocking the entrance) I just replied with "sorry I'm just in the queue for the toilet" and out of no where he just told me "he didn't give a shit" and "what kind of excuse is that you fucking knob head" me and everyone around was in complete shock as I just replied with "I'm just in line like everyone else" he responded with more abuse. Me and my girlfriend were completely shocked and it ruined my mood for the evening. I'll never attend anything here again.

User

What a disgusting excuse for a venue. Violent staff who expects it to be ok to be volatile to a customer. Lying about this that and the other. Do not attend any concerts or plays here unless you don’t have any issues.

Will NOT be attending again.

User

Went to Zara Larson last night, show was great but the security were disgraceful. They slammed a middle aged woman to the ground hitting her head, for trying to go back in to find her friends. Her phone was dead and she was very frantic, not only did they slam her to the floor, not one of the staff went to help her up when she was in such a distressed state, in fact watching her through the glass on the doors. Perhaps teach them manners and what classifies as reasonable force as they are only security guards, not police. It's absolute disgusting.

User

This used to be my favourite venue in Manchester. Now I will never set foot in it again. Not with that beastly security guard you have there!!

After the Kaleo show, I asked one of the guys between the stage and the barrier for a set list. He told me to wait there and he would try and get one for me. Then one of the other guys came in and tried ushering us out. When I tried to tell him what I'd been told by the other guy (who is in the same position so this guy has no authority over him!) He responded with "I don't give a shit, this is a working area now" when I said he didn't need to be so god damn rude, I was met with "you'll know what rude is when I bounce you off the fucking walls!"

Now, I hadn't been drinking, I wasn't being rude I was stood there quietly after a good night and your security completely ruined it! This was a gift bought for my birthday so not only did you ruin that, you ruined my birthday. I will NEVER set foot in your venue again whilst he is working there. I complained to the security manager that was working last night who was no help really and just told me to write in. I'm mortified that your staff think it's acceptable to threaten ANYONE. Let alone a woman who was stood with her partner, quietly, trying to enjoy her birthday.

People don't come to shows to be threatened. Don't you think it's bad enough that we have to live with the threat of terrorists ruining our shows and making us feel unsafe when the people who are supposed to help keep us safe are threatening us with violence! Sort your security out!! Disgusting service which is a shame after it was such a great show. Disappointed is not the word!

User

My husband and i are disabled and my son has autism. A security bully tried to stop my autistic son standing with us in the disabled area by pushing him about out of the area. Everybody else were fantastic and the Billy Idol concert was brilliant

User

Jason manford show absolutely brilliant! Shame about the poor staff at the bars. Queued for the entire interval for a Diet Coke, advised because the queues were long to use the priory bar too, got to almost the front and the bar and they stopped serving people because the show was about to start! Absolutely appalling service. Will think twice before attending an event here again!

User

I attended your venue last night to watch orbital a birthday present bought by my partner and attended with 6 other friends. We arrived at your venue around 8.30 gained entry with no fuss. Orbital came on and we about 20 minutes into the set when my friend became increasing anxious and started having a panic attack. My friend make a quickened escape out of the packed concert hall and unknowingly went out of a fire escape after I calmed her down for 5 mins we went back round to the correct door to be told that we wasn't getting back in. Accusing us of basically bunking in without paying. These tickets where bought in July under the name of Michael gamble and Stephan Hyland. After we explained it was a genuine mistake we showed the pictures of me and my friend at the front of the stage when orbital1st came on. We was getting some progress we even asked to see the man who scanned us in to then be told I was not getting in because I was intoxicated. I had 1 drink at your venue we arrived at 8.30 we was refused access at 9.30. We had to wait till 11 for our friends and our mini bus home. In all my years of going to this venue I've never been treated so badly by anyone that way. Them tickets was a birthday treat for me my 1st time out since having a hysterectomy in August. I work with the public I'm a nurse and know full well how to deal with people. 1 female doorstaff in particular was absolutely rude and obnoxious and are whole night ruined never mind how much it all cost. We walked away in utter shock and Thanks to he pub around the corner letting us sit in even though they was closed as we had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be picked up. We walked away with no fuss we never raised our voices we was respectful to your staff to be treated like that. I want a full refund i will get you proof of purchase. We had a friend come all the way from hull for us to be refused access. I'm so disgusted by your female door person only 1 in particular. I was far from drunk I came to watch a show which was ruined and now I'm so upset about it all.

Please do not ignore this email I want a full refund we are not thugs regardless of our accents.
