Continued testing of some new coatings. This is titancoatings titan. The panel was prepped in the correct fashion, then 2 layers of titan were applied. As you look at it, its titan only on the left, titan topped with ultra in the middle, and titan topped with vulcan to the right.
The video shows the different effects coatings can have on water. Although they all bead well, vulcan breaks up water immediately meaning amazing round beads, titan creates a big sheet actively pu...shing it all off the panel. Meaning we can manipulate the results to compliment owners preferences and maintenance routines.

Currently prepping a second panel for testing. This is the second layer of titancoatings titan being laid down. From an application stand point, beautiful. Spreads and spreads, levels really well (you can literally watch that happening), and buff off is effortless too. In a few days i will do some water behaviour videos and then some chemical testing of my own.

I just want to take the opportunity to praise my industry, in a time of real stress While some of us will most certainly loose our businesses, and possibly family homes, lots are still taking opportunities to check in with each other, and communicate on a level most wont understand. Its also sadly ironic that the type of detailer lots criticise, the "part time" with another job type, are now passing over work and customers to those of us who need it.

Another mororhome/RV completed. This was polished with Carpro UK essence and coated with 2 coats of cquk 3.0. Including the roof and all of the viewing ports. Wheels faces with Krystal Kleen Detail r evolve. Interior sanitised with the ozone machine for an hour before collection.

I have a number of commercial ozone machines being delivered at the unit this week. If you havent looked into the benefits of ozone, or "o3", here is an abridged version. An ozone generator creates o3, by adding an extra molecule to o2. This is a very unstable gas and deposits the extra molecule onto organic matter immediately oxidising it. O3 has been shown to be effective at killing SAR'S and other viruses, plus bacteria and germs. While this is not a guarantee it is the ...absolute best thing i can do. And thats my goal.
I will be running the generator at the end of each day in reception creating a safe zone, and will be disinfecting all tools also. Ontop of that every car i work on will be treated internally regardless of what work it is booked in for.
I want to do more than convince people it isnt dangerous to continue to do business here, i want you all to know its safer than staying at home. Lastly, if you know any elderly locally who have no one to care for them, i will happily put a machine in their car for free if you think it will help them be independent during these coming months.
It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes to cycle the generator, with a 60 minute out gas period
