Went to see Mama Mia here we go again at the Odean Liverpool, seats were pre booked, great position and really comfy, but found it very cold inside with air conditioning on, as it wasn't that warm outside didn't see the need for this, asked to fill in a form ( in the dark ) bit strange had to leave it blank as didn't bring reading glasses, and the print was very small, apart from that the film was brilliant, could watch it over and over again.

The cinema is within walking distance of where I live, I own a Limitless card so try to see as many films as I possibly can.

The staff here are extremely friendly and nice and always seem to be having fun and full of smiles.

It’s clean and warm and never out of control well organised and I am thrilled at the selection of films they show.

I just wish the confection and drinks were more of a discount to limitless customers.

Thank you Odeon cinemas.

Love the Gallery have a great cinema experience every time.... Ran out of strawberry daiquiri though this time 😥 the best in Europe 😂 the mojito is a close second though 🍸💖

I love this cinema got a warm and friendly feeling love the 3d Imax great for the blockbusters. Bit expensive but it's only now and again & don't watch anything else at the cinema wait for them to come on Sky!

I am a wheelchair user and my Daughter came with me last night as my carer. We saw Mama Mia.hwga, it was so funny we laughed till we cried. It was so emotional and sad in parts, we still cried. But best of all, we sang our hearts out. Thoroughly enjoyable movie, may go again.

Had a bit of a funny turn in there last night and just want to say how well the staff dealt with me, especially Kacy who is a fantastic member to have on their team.

Thank you

i love the limitless pass but really wish that you would allow you to book several limitless tickets online. I was trying to buy 5 tickets to see Star Wars at the Gallery in Liverpool 1 (each of us has a limitless pass) but it wont let you book together - you have to book 5 separate times - which means we lost the seats next to each other :( There must be someway that you can book 5 tickets together - just request a limitless pass number for each one (you have to show your pass at the cinema anyway)

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere, enjoyed a lovely day time date with my boyfriend. The only issue was that it cost £27.00 for the two of us. I think they could reduce the price. Other than that, a lovely time was had by us both.

I wouldn't recommend getting your snacks from here. Two bags of sweets for £5:80. The cinema itself is great but I'd prefer a bit more seating or another couple of arcade machines; rather than the weak clawed soft toy grabber. Been to the cinema 3 times this week and the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff has been great.

So nip to WHSmith which is not far away, get your snacks and then enjoy your movie.

Been a limited member since the week it came out and before then visited Odeon Liverpool one at least 1-2 week. Clean cinema, good sound and for the most part generally nice staff.

Only gripe is that if you are a limitless member there is no fast past queue so you have to wait to collect or purchase your tickets with everyone else, not great when it’s crazy busy and you’ve already reserved your tickets online as the ticket machines doesn’t accept the limitless cards. Perhaps introduce the limitless queue which was in the venue for about a week, that would also encourage more limitless members?

Fantastic show Macbeth- usually a good night at Barons Quay but tonight the staff forgot to turn the lights down following the intermission

Someone vomited in the row behind me, they thought it was funny and stayed until they realized the staff would efficiently find them. They then left and the film was stopped to clear the carnage. The Odeon staff looked after us and gave us complimentary food and drinks, which was probably not the best for a room smelling of sick. Film Good, Staff dealing with the situation, good, a free ticket would not have hurt a multi million earning establishment.

So you wait 10 years to see infinity war! You have played your part in the “epic fight” to get tickets! After two days of disappointment trying to get a booking you manage to get a iMax 3D booking for 10 am Sunday morning in the liverpool1 odeon.

You come in hugely excited! Ready to be thrilled to then sit for nearly 40 minutes waiting for it to start because of projector issues!!!

The saving grace is the gentleman showing us to our seats is incredible and keeps doing updates and is really funny! “Thank god” as he has a whole cinema full of fans!

Scary part is he is left for that whole time without management coming in once to explain or support him. Wow. “Not a heroic move”

We are then finally told we can go into a 2D showing. T&Cs not really explained so we are sitting here now not really sure if we are getting a refund ? We hear a manger over a radio say we will pay for this one and they will give back the difference. “Really???”

After a mad rush to the other screen the same size. Everyone is sitting wherever they want! Manager never explained before that we should go to the same seats “another leadership failure” wow.....

I’m now sit here watching the poor guy have to go down the rows telling people to move out of seats that other people have payed for!!! What a mess poor him. Once again thank god he is a nice guy!!!

So yeh for a big fan! I’m gutted. Real shame.......

Cinema was very dirty, literally every seat (screen 9). And tickets are very expensive. Also sound was very loud. And also we bought popcorn and the man disappeared. Later we found out where our popcorn was.

User

After talking to odeon help on Twitter who basically are as much help as a chocolate fire guard I notice on here u don’t answer or try to help reviewers on here either ! I just wanted to point out if you have an offer of poster or something when you book a film then you have to have them in stock otherwise your getting customers there on false pretences. But yeh would be also great if you answered your feedback and maybe look like you give a damn for the poor people paying your crazy prices

Went to gallery Saturday, went for a drink at 11pm as film finishes at 1140 something and I’m told it’s closes 1 hour before the cinema

Well I’m sorry for a higher service (20 pound ish each which I pre paid for is just simply unacceptable. Yes if I was pre warned it wouldn’t be a problem but how am i to know you clean the post mix an hour before closing.

User

Was really disappoint, went to the gallery for my birthday, this was our 4th time, when we got to the top of evalator know one met us staff just standing around the bar. Went to get a drink, asked for a Guinness as it was on draught and it was paddy night, didn’t notice but the women got a can out the fridge and poured it from that, no mention of the draught running out or I probably would have had something else. Didn’t make a fuss but wasn’t happy with drink. Went in to the movie and my wife pop out about 10:30 and the bar was completely shut. It put a sour feel on what was a great film and otherwise night. Don’t normally complain but when your paying £54 for two tickets you expect a higher standard

User

The fresh salted popcorn machine and the fries machine has been off for my last 4 trips to this cinema. Always an excuse, I find it lazy dat dey turn dem off an hour n half before the last show starts. Not very welcoming

Last time I went to the Odeon in Basingstoke the staff forgot to run the film. We had to ask them to put it on, yesterday the 1 member of staff to be seen couldn’t input the Groupon ticket. The film started, the lights stated on. I had to miss a lot of opening scenes of the film to queue to ask the 1 member of staff to deal with the lights. She had a queue of very annoyed ladies wanting to see a film and had been waiting for tickets fir a very long time. Vue Cinema in Basingstoke is lovely. You could learn a lot from the pm Odeon.
