We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
5pm-6: 15pm - Beginners Boxing (ages 8-16)
6: 15pm-7: 30pm - Boxers
7: 30 - Beginners Adult Boxing, Strength and Conditioning
Closed on: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
£3 for Adults £2 for children (age 17 + is classed as Adult)
