Vw crafter 2.0ltr diesel cambelt failed causing major damage we fully stripped it down and found - 16 x broken rocker arms, 16 x bent valves, 2 x twisted camshafts this cylinder head Was coked up quiet bad but we are finding this a popular problem?

Been busy again the last few weeks. Another completed vauxhall z20let in for full port and polish, fit bronze valve guides. Port match to suit EDS inlet manifold and nortech exhaust. Looks like santa has come early for us at Oldham engines. We have today taken delivery of our brand new CNC Honing machine! What out 2017 we're coming for you 😀. Keep a look out for some videos

We don't just done car heads here. This is KX 250cc in for a full cylinder repair. Dropped a inlet valve. We welded it up fitted 2 new seats and reworked and machined the head. Good to run again 😀. Please contact us for any inquiries.

10 x brand new Mazda Bongo heads. Old units fully stripped down. Valves re-seated into new heads, and studs put into new heads. Nice mornings work!! If u require any info on new cylinder heads, please dont hesitate to get in touch.

Something different than normal. Changing the exhaust port to suit Renault Clio sport manifold. Took a fair bit out but there's a lot to play with. Turned out well. Any questions about modifying heads please contact us.
