I understand he now works for ‘The L Team’ but if he is telling his students he is still working for Latics, then I will need to take further action and inform the DVSA myself.







Can you confirm that he is indeed giving you the impression he is still working as a Latics instructor?







I am sorry to hear of your issues and this level of service is totally unacceptable to us at Latics.







If you originally booked lessons with Latics and was allocated Naz as an instructor, we would have tried to call explaining that he wasn’t working for us anymore and asking if you wanted to be reallocated to a different Latics instructor.







I can offer you lessons with one of our instructors who are all reliable. I can reassure you that customer service is of the most importance to us. On the few occasions when customer service is compromised, we take action straight away and this may result in an instructor having to leave the Latics team. Our aim is to keep standards high and make sure each of our students have a positive experience with us.







Thank you for bringing this to our attention so I can take this further personally. Also, please feel free to get in touch if you would like to book a lesson with one of our Latics instructors.
