What a lovely chap, makes a potentially overwhelming process pleasant and stress free. Friendly and considerate and uses all the necessary paths to appeal to buyers NOW, thank goodness! Because the old ways weren't working, we've been waiting for Oliver James οΏ½
We chose Oliver James for several reasons, mainly as the price appeared cheaper than the competition and the fresh & modern take on selling property using digital marketing. The house was valued and whilst we wanted more for it than the given valuation, Oliver agreed a starting price for us, which was agreed. The house went on the market with a wonderful set of pictures, very well taken, particularly the aerial picture of the house which really makes it stand out. As soon as it went on the market we had 3 imminent viewings and within days the property was sold at a price we were happy with, we were in shock, thinking it may take a couple of months. During this interim period I was shown some stats which showed me that over 7800 people had seen the property on Facebook, which is simply incredible. I must say we had some difficulties with our purchase, through another agent might I add, however this is where the help and assistance of Sally in particular was exceptional. Sally was constantly on the phone and email chasing all parties and really driving the sale through, I cannot thank her enough. Sally even rang a few days later to check we were settling in. I must say Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap however these guys I would highly recommend. Excellent service, thank you!
