REMINDER.
At the weekend, customers MUST have finished training and vacated the gym by 17.30hrs. This is what was agreed with the landlord of the building. In addition to that, any customers attempting to train and are not monthly/yearly members are kindly asked to train during our standard opening hours and enter via the main reception.

It has come to our attention that a V handle and several 5kg plates have gone missing from our gym. The handle was made especially for me over 30 years ago and has sentimental value. You now have the opportunity to return these items in the same way that they were stolen. Failure to do so will result in us reviewing our CCTV footage and outing the perpetrator. Your choice. CUSTOMER NOTICE:
Customers now have privileged opening hours. First, a shower curtain gets stolen. Yes, a shower curtain. Over the weekend, an SD card gets stolen with the gym music on. If this theft continues, the privileges that you have will stop and we will revert back to our standard opening hours. Thank you, Mr O.

Customers who use the back door entrance, do not attempt to bring friends who aren't members. If this does happen, they MUST put the entrance fee in the red box. If abuse of this facility continues, it will be stopped and normal opening hours will resume.

Today's Health Clubs as they are called today, lack Character, the feeling of belonging!!. Not a day goes by I don't think of Omalleys gym, even living here in the USA.

The best gym I've ever been n let's be real here I've been to a good few, don't exspect 2 enter n come out sqeeky cleen it's a hard-core muscle gainers gym unique with nothing but respect inside the place the owner him self is legendary n 1 of the friendly good men, highly recommended 4 any with respect n like to see good strong gains n results much love n have a great day

Rember back in 1988 when I was training with Dorian Yates and we were both training for that years British Championships we would drive up from Birmingham to train at O'Malleys

Only been attending six weeks, very friendly gym, everyone wants to help each other, I think the ethos and atmosphere is purely down to Walter and his wife. Great place.

Amazing gym... walked in there on my own 10 years ago as a very skinny 19 year old who'd hardly lifted a weight in my life. Walter took me inside and spent a good hour of his time showing me exactly where I should start and teaching me how to begin to train. A true legend, and his wife Brenda a lovely lady. The best gym in Warrington by far.
