Great service, great quality. Great flowers. Very talented florists. Some beautiful for all occasions.

Shame to see a lovely florist go down hill over the last 18 months, I was really disappointed with my flowers, as the bouquet was basic and lacked artistic flare compared to the lovely bouquets i have had over the last 10 years. I also found 'Fag Ash Thelma' abrupt and rude.

Relly disappointed as it was my wedding day on the 2.12.17 and i order flowers for my wedding and paid 85 pound and theu was not what i wanted had to ring them as the did not come on time and they was like did u order from here i think they rushed them as they forgot to do them and just throw some flowes together wuld not recommend them to any one and the flowers where just falling out everywhere my wedding flowers did not even make it to my reception as they where that bad

Received flowers for my brothers funeral after ordering pale blue & white, I stated he was a man City supporter, what I got was purple flowers tied with a royal blue bow,, I rang them to see if they could do anything & the rude manageress said just bring them back.if your not happy with them. I mean an hour before the funeral, really ???,, will never use this shop again. Disgusting service

I've never write a review before but there's a first for everything. I'm absolutely disgusted in this florist, I purchased flowers on line with a display picture of flowers I liked and thought I was purchasing, I was mortified with what I received and then was told the picture isn't actually what I bought and the picture was irrelevant just the wording from it was the only thing that mattered, this just stated white and greens but shown it mainly made up of Lilly's on the picture. So basically there saying they could of give me anything that was white and green and that would of been ok? The flowers was £35 so not cheap don't advertise with a picture if that's not what your buying it's as simple as that
