Me and 5 lads done our level 1/2 leaders course with lee and it was awesome! We had a great couple of days and the coaching couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended and will be using otec bikes again without a doubt.

Just looking round the different bike options with big manufactures, there were lots of different options but no service , looked in the OTEC shop and met Lee and Sam , ended up speccing a new Swift Attack, with impressive Borg Wheels and Campagnolo group set. The reason why I dealt with OTEC was there knowledge and passion for bikes

Hired a Marin 29er up Aston Hill today was a awesome bike. Staff where friendly an had great advice. Thanks again for making a awesome day out ��

Great shop run by some true bike lovers - have had a custom bike fit which made a massive difference to my aging body, and some some expert 1-1 tuition from Lee. Definitely my #1 LBS now...

Great setup and fit, and fine tuning. Lee quickly spotted the comfort and fit issues and got the bike running nicely.

Great bike shop run by an real cycling enthusiast who is clearly an expert mechanic/technical man wrt all things cycling, yet he is very much a people person who is ultimately interested in supporting you as an individual to enjoy and get more out of your cycling.

I was most impressed with Lee's bike fitting service, where he very much saw me as a human being (and a middle-aged somewhat inflexible one at that) rather than a set of measurements.

P.s. Great not to have to concerned finding a parking space near a bike shop.

Fantastic place. Rented us a pair of E-Bikes for a charity event running from London to Cardiff team relay style with the bikes for support riders. None of us had ever used an E-Bike and have done the event for 3 years with normal bikes. Boy what a difference and the bikes absorbed some proper offroading like a boss. Thanks for your support guys.

Excellent service, friendly staff and all very knowledgeable. I had a wheel bearing replaced super fast turnaround, and very competitive pricing! These guys are here to help cyclists 10/10 highly recommend a visit!

Bike broke yesterday. Took it to Otec. Need a part so they lent me a bike so I could stay mobile. Not the first time they have provided me with excellent service. Top blokes doing a top job.
