What a fantastic day , I was here today Sunday December 10th doing a bodyshop pop up shop , and I didn’t actually want to leave. The ambiance is amazing. The staff are absolutely a credit to the Otto Lounge, Ryan, Chris , Tom and the pretty blonde girl with the stunning eyes (sorry I didn’t get your name) fantastic staff, great place and the most a,aging bacon butty I have ever tasted. If there was more than 5stars I would give it ... can’t wait to come back ... thanks guys .

Visited the lounge on 20th Feb. 2018 with family members.

We’re from Birmingham and have been to other lounges in Sutton Coldfield.

We ordered our food at the bar. Ryan(asst. manager) was training a new member of staff and the support he was giving to him was exemplary.

We had a good conversation as we ordered the food and we discussed the merits of the house slaw ( which is the only thing I have never enjoyed on previous occasions)

Ryan asked the chef to produce a different slaw, and it was fantastic!!!

Above and beyond the call of duty!

Steaks were great, service was fantastic.

Would highly recommend this lounge. Thanks to Ryan and his team ���

This place is really beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are always very lovely and helpful � The food here is gorgeous, we usually go for breakfast/brunch and like to try all sorts of different things on their menu, my favourite is their lounge eggs with chorizo, pepper and guacamole 5/5 �

Lunch/tea with my daughter food service outstanding well recommended and thank you Nicky milburn for suggesting it nice to meet you.

Had an excellent meal last night from the gluten free menu. So good I could have eaten it twice! We will be back :)

Great ambience, has hardworking staff, really good-tasting Espresso coffee, the best bacon butties on my High Street, but sadly for us, the best Manager, Aimee, has just left to join the Pica Lounge in Glossop.....

Always excellent, prompt and friendly service at Otto, had breakfasts and lunches many times always excellent. Last night we were a large group enjoying otto cocktail pitchers and tapas and it was all beautifully made and presented and we were well looked after by the lovely staff

Lovely breakfast this morning and nice drinks! We love taking our dog out with us so we were happy that the Otto Lounge is dog friendly, and they even had little dog treats at the entrance. I know it's picky but the only thing I would have changed is if you had Heinz ketchup! Thanks for a lovely morning!

Having been in the day before came back to try the tapas. 3 for £9.95 and each dish was lovely. Well worth a visit for the food. Only issue is the staff need to pay more attention to customers waiting at the bar and listen to what they ask for.

We've been many times before, on various days and early and late with no issues whatsoever.



However Sunday was extremely poor. We were a party of seven and ordered a mixture of meals from sandwiches and salads to burgers and noodles. Anything ordered hot came to the table cold or lukewarm, the sandwiches were lovely, the salad wasn't as requested ( no extra chicken and the avocado which wasn't wanted was still served), the burger was sent back a number of times and eventually was given up resulting in one of our party going hungry. The onion rings were sent back and reheated resulting in extremely soggy and greasy onion rings. The chips, which were a side order with the sandwiches were also sent to the table cold so they were sent back and corrected.



There was a long wait at the bar for ordering drinks due to only one person serving at the bar. It would be best to have a minimum of two people serving on the bar and when it's quite one or both people could help serve meals or clean tables etc.



The noodles and the fishcake dishes were lovely. The duty manager was extremely disappointed with the kitchen and was going to have words with them to work out what went wrong and how it could be prevented in the future.



The duty manager waived our meal costs due to the issues we experienced so we only had to pay for our drinks.



Hopefully this is a glitch as we've had excellent service before and we will be back again as when it's right it is absolutely lovely.



Please give the place a go as it is normally very nice and relaxing, it's a great place as it is child friendly and dog friendly too.

Visited for the first time today, food was lovely but unfortunately I won’t be returning, it was like being at crufts!! Very disappointed.

Visited Otto Lounge again last night for the 3rd time this month. We wanted to make it our usual choice when in Heswall because of the Vegan menu. However, starting to wonder about the place as one of the Vegan meals served last night was served with a poached egg on top! Earlier in the week other vegan friends visited and the Vegan Aubergine Chilli arrived with a big dollop of Tzatziki on top. Starting to worry that you don’t fully understand vegan cooking OR it’s just carelessness.

Myself and my husband attended the restaurant recently as we had been before and had always been pleased with it. On my recent diagnosis of coeliac disease we went back because of the GF menu. We were really disappointed that the GF prices were inflated, even on some dishes that are naturally gluten free and were no different to the main menu. I felt like I was being penalised for having an illness I have no control over.

Mother’s Day breakfast ( 2 Adults , 2 kids and 1 � )queued for 25 mins to order, waited 40 mins for Two pots of tea and 1.15 hours for 2 kids breakfasts and 2 adult breakfasts. The order had been missed � we ate breakfast at 12.30pm. The food and staff was very nice but a offer of a pot of tea as a good will gesture would have been nice but nothing. Such a shame as the food was delicious and the ambience was very nice! An apology goes a long way �.

We love Otto Lounge and have been there a number of times, however, my unpleasant experience with one of the staff members today left a bad taste in the mouth.

After having a nice lunch there, I asked one of the servers to call me a cab as my phone was dead and he promptly called one, however, the taxi service was either busy and/ or someone got into my taxi and I was left waiting for half an hour.

The server called the taxi company back a few times before leaving for his lunch break.

After waiting another fifteen minutes, I explained the situation to the staff member who replaced the server at the bar and she said she'll call when she's free. I was obviously distressed at the situation as I am 9 months pregnant and had been waiting 45 minutes at this point.

Ten minutes later as I approached the bar to ask if she'd had the chance to call, she abruptly told me that she's 'not a taxi service' and that there isn't anymore that she can do. Rude and completely unnecessary!

Very disappointing.

do not go here for vegan of veggie breakfast it was so bad. and the lady behind the bar shouldn't work with people she was so impolite.

I am sorry to say that on my recent visit here I have been very disappointed.



My wife is coeliac so has to have gluten free food as part of her condition. Although a gluten free menu is available, we immediately saw that the prices are inflated, often for the privilege of receiving less food. We saw that even things that should have been gluten free naturally such as hummus was more expensive from this menu.



She chose the veggie breakfast from the Gluten Free menu because of the veggie sausages however she was then informed they were their own take on sausages which turned out to be potato croquettes with vegetables.



She wrote a review on this page outlining this but it appears to have been removed. Both my wife and I have emailed the Otto lounge to ask about this but have both been ignored.



At best, my food which wasn't gluten free was mediocre.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff are always very lovely and helpful � The food here is gorgeous, we usually go for breakfast/brunch and like to try all sorts of different things on their menu, my favourite is their lounge eggs with chorizo, pepper and guacamole 5/5 �

Had an excellent meal last night from the gluten free menu. So good I could have eaten it twice! We will be back :)

Great ambience, has hardworking staff, really good-tasting Espresso coffee, the best bacon butties on my High Street, but sadly for us, the best Manager, Aimee, has just left to join the Pica Lounge in Glossop.....



We go there to commiserate when we have sadness, celebrate when we are winning, and to chill when life becomes hectic.....

Always excellent, prompt and friendly service at Otto, had breakfasts and lunches many times always excellent. Last night we were a large group enjoying otto cocktail pitchers and tapas and it was all beautifully made and presented and we were well looked after by the lovely staff

Lovely breakfast this morning and nice drinks! We love taking our dog out with us so we were happy that the Otto Lounge is dog friendly, and they even had little dog treats at the entrance. I know it's picky but the only thing I would have changed is if you had Heinz ketchup! Thanks for a lovely morning!

Having been in the day before came back to try the tapas. 3 for £9.95 and each dish was lovely. Well worth a visit for the food. Only issue is the staff need to pay more attention to customers waiting at the bar and listen to what they ask for.

We've been many times before, on various days and early and late with no issues whatsoever.



However Sunday was extremely poor. We were a party of seven and ordered a mixture of meals from sandwiches and salads to burgers and noodles. Anything ordered hot came to the table cold or lukewarm, the sandwiches were lovely, the salad wasn't as requested ( no extra chicken and the avocado which wasn't wanted was still served), the burger was sent back a number of times and eventually was given up resulting in one of our party going hungry. The onion rings were sent back and reheated resulting in extremely soggy and greasy onion rings. The chips, which were a side order with the sandwiches were also sent to the table cold so they were sent back and corrected.



There was a long wait at the bar for ordering drinks due to only one person serving at the bar. It would be best to have a minimum of two people serving on the bar and when it's quite one or both people could help serve meals or clean tables etc.



The noodles and the fishcake dishes were lovely. The duty manager was extremely disappointed with the kitchen and was going to have words with them to work out what went wrong and how it could be prevented in the future.



The duty manager waived our meal costs due to the issues we experienced so we only had to pay for our drinks.



Hopefully this is a glitch as we've had excellent service before and we will be back again as when it's right it is absolutely lovely.



Please give the place a go as it is normally very nice and relaxing, it's a great place as it is child friendly and dog friendly too.

Visited for the first time today, food was lovely but unfortunately I won’t be returning, it was like being at crufts!! Very disappointed.

Visited Otto Lounge again last night for the 3rd time this month. We wanted to make it our usual choice when in Heswall because of the Vegan menu. However, starting to wonder about the place as one of the Vegan meals served last night was served with a poached egg on top! Earlier in the week other vegan friends visited and the Vegan Aubergine Chilli arrived with a big dollop of Tzatziki on top. Starting to worry that you don’t fully understand vegan cooking OR it’s just carelessness.

Myself and my husband attended the restaurant recently as we had been before and had always been pleased with it. On my recent diagnosis of coeliac disease we went back because of the GF menu. We were really disappointed that the GF prices were inflated, even on some dishes that are naturally gluten free and were no different to the main menu. I felt like I was being penalised for having an illness I have no control over.

Mother’s Day breakfast ( 2 Adults , 2 kids and 1 � )queued for 25 mins to order, waited 40 mins for Two pots of tea and 1.15 hours for 2 kids breakfasts and 2 adult breakfasts. The order had been missed � we ate breakfast at 12.30pm. The food and staff was very nice but a offer of a pot of tea as a good will gesture would have been nice but nothing. Such a shame as the food was delicious and the ambience was very nice! An apology goes a long way �.

We love Otto Lounge and have been there a number of times, however, my unpleasant experience with one of the staff members today left a bad taste in the mouth.

After having a nice lunch there, I asked one of the servers to call me a cab as my phone was dead and he promptly called one, however, the taxi service was either busy and/ or someone got into my taxi and I was left waiting for half an hour.

The server called the taxi company back a few times before leaving for his lunch break.

After waiting another fifteen minutes, I explained the situation to the staff member who replaced the server at the bar and she said she'll call when she's free. I was obviously distressed at the situation as I am 9 months pregnant and had been waiting 45 minutes at this point.

Ten minutes later as I approached the bar to ask if she'd had the chance to call, she abruptly told me that she's 'not a taxi service' and that there isn't anymore that she can do. Rude and completely unnecessary!

Very disappointing.

do not go here for vegan of veggie breakfast it was so bad. and the lady behind the bar shouldn't work with people she was so impolite.

I am sorry to say that on my recent visit here I have been very disappointed.



My wife is coeliac so has to have gluten free food as part of her condition. Although a gluten free menu is available, we immediately saw that the prices are inflated, often for the privilege of receiving less food. We saw that even things that should have been gluten free naturally such as hummus was more expensive from this menu.



She chose the veggie breakfast from the Gluten Free menu because of the veggie sausages however she was then informed they were their own take on sausages which turned out to be potato croquettes with vegetables.



She wrote a review on this page outlining this but it appears to have been removed. Both my wife and I have emailed the Otto lounge to ask about this but have both been ignored.



At best, my food which wasn't gluten free was mediocre.
