Fab class this evening!! Was a hot one 😥 Wednesday late pole class won’t be running due to something called the World Cup 👟⚽️ The 6:00-7:15 pole class will be as normal and the 6:00-7:00 circuit class. See you all then. 😊xx

I’ve been to Caz’s circus day and both beginner 4 week classes of aerial hoop and aerial Silks and I loved it!! Not many places round here offer such a variety of aerial skills. Caz and Gary are both lovely and Caz is great at teaching you step by step each move, as well as pushing you when they know you have a move! I’ll be back for many more sessions I’m sure. Thank you Caz and Gary!

I have been to a couple of the intro classes here and now a few of the regular aerial classes. I was instantly at ease and addicted to it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and it is so much fun at the same time as getting fit. At a great price too. What have you got to lose!

I am really enjoying aerial hoop classes, it keeps me fit and is such fun (doesn't feel like exercise). Caz Dart explains everything really well and is very encouraging.

Great place to get fit and meet people. Have the most amazing fun learning ariel hoop, silk and pole moves . I look forward to my lesson every week. I would totally recommend P4P and Caz the teacher is so patient and terrific with students. �

Caz is the best instructor ever! I love going and it's so much better than the gym. All the girls are really friendly and we all help each other out when we need it.
