The staff in the restaurant were excellent., Especially the very very smiley young asian girl. The spa treatments were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

My daughter and I were treated by my son and his girlfriend - the staff were really friendly and the 2 therapist were really nice and made us feel relaxed - we had lunch in the bar area which was lovely - we waited in the pool area until it was time to have our treatments - the spa and hotel were both spotless - we were really pleased when we noticed a rooftop area where you were able to smoke as normally smokers are treated like lepers - I would highly recommend the spa

Me and my friend booked the spa through a Wowcher offer. We got there yesterday and was shown round. The spa itself is quite minimal just a pool with a sauna and steam room. But very comfy and lovely atmosphere, could've had a nap! - that was until a couple of swimmers came in doind lengths splashing around loudly. Our treatments were booked in at 2 o'clock. We walked round and was explained with the deal we get we would receive a back detox, facial and choice of a head or foot massage. Lovely staff very friendly and helpful I asked if I could have a shoulder massage instead of the foot/head massage. She explained they work on your shoulders during the others treatments so I opted for foot massage. The room was so lovely smelt amazing the beds were comfy. The staff really respected your privacy and throughout the treatments were checking if we was ok, if we had sensitive skin, if the pressure they was applying was okay etc. The back detox I felt was good and then she gave me a back and shoulder massage which was amazing really got the knots out my shoulders which is what I wanted. Then we had the facial which she massaged my neck and shoulders again. Having never had a facial before I wasn't sure what to expect and the exfoliation did feel abit harsh at times as I expect it would and afterwards my cheeks were a little red but went back to normal within an hour and my skin has never felt so soft. The foot massage was heavenly too! Was hard to not fall asleep and we both felt so relaxed afterwards it took us awhile to come to hahaha! Can't stress how lovely and welcoming the staff were. The ladies who did our treatments were amazing. Really made us feel at ease and comfy. We got a box of chocolates each after our treatment and we was going to go have something to eat and was given a bottle of Prosecco to take home as it was in our deal. Had a scrummy lunch upstairs which a lady gave us 25% voucher for. Would definitely come again thank you so much for a lovely day and please pass on my gratitude to the two ladies who did our treatments.

Lovely peaceful pool area to relax in (with comfy loungers - always a bonus!), was great having the pool to myself for a while as I went midweek when it was quieter. Treatment (back massage) was just what I needed, asked what pressure I wanted and listened to areas to focus on. Very easy to get to from Victoria station, just a couple of minutes walk away.

Loved it, total relaxation. Truly spoilt massages fantastic would definitely recommend to family and friends

Just left our spa day for two booked as a treat via groupon, we've had an absolutely amazing afternoon. My friend is heavily pregnant and they couldn't be more helpful in changing the type of treatment she had to suit her. The facial and head massage were incredible. Just what we needed. Thankyou so much

I bought a spa day voucher through Groupon for my partner for Christmas. We arrived at 10 for our treatments, the therapists were very good and professional and the room and treatments were very relaxing. We then headed into the pool area, where there is a sauna and steam room. The pool is quite small but the whole place is immaculate. There are a number of loungers where you can relax and unwind. We were given a voucher for 25% off food in the hotel bar and grill so we headed up for some lunch, we shared a pizza and Caesar Salad, the food wasn't great but it was served by friendly staff. We went back to the pool for some more relaxation and we're pleased to be given our first glass of prosecco, a bottle was included in the deal. We both had a afternoon nap then a dip in the pool, I'm no mermaid so I was soon out! Christian then checked if we had had our second glass of bubbly, and arranged for them to be brought round. We left the spa around 5 after a very relaxing, pamper day. The staff and therapists were very welcoming and just the right amount of attentiveness. I think the deal is great value for money and would definitely go back for a nice chill out day!

Had such a lovely day today on the groupon offer, such good value for money, really could not fault it. Friendly and professional staff, great treatments and in a clean and relaxing setting. Would highly recommend.

The treatments were amazing.....I didn't catch the therapists names but they were lovely and so professional. All of the staff we came across we're really welcoming and friendly. The added gift of a free box of chocolates was also a bonus �

We went up to the Bar & Grill for lunch which was fab...plus we got 25% off which was even better!

I would say the only downside to the spa would be that's there's no jacuzzi pool, although we knew this before we arrived so it wasn't an issue but would definitely have added to our already lovely day.
