From the first call of enquire about the Audi S-Line to the test drive, to the sale to the FREE delivery we were so impressed with Panacea Motors. We felt at total ease, not pressurised and the service we received, I can honestly say I’ve not experienced before in a car sale. The car we viewed had a couple of scuff marks on the wheels and a some very minor bodywork issues. Without any discussions this was rectified, MOT for 12 months, warranty, beautifully valeted and delivered to our home in pristine condition. A 4 hour round trip. Awesome service by Tahir. I found the car on Autotrader and called on a Saturday and put a £50 holding fee to collect the car on following Tuesday. I then called back on a Monday and asked if I could collect the car that day. After 1 hour he confirmed I can at his last appointment of the day. I Travelled from South Wales which took about 3 hours. When we got there and saw the Audi S3 it was as pictured. Few scratches I didn’t see at first but no big issues. He had a great showroom with some of my favourite cars including a Nissan GTR! Great sense of humour and gave me a good test drive. I part exchanged a 2008 Leon FR which he gave a reasonable trade price for. He had the courtesy to put fuel in for me to get to where I’m going with no trouble. All in all - a really friendly guy who I would happily purchase from again. Also he bought us some great burgers and chips - we were starving after a 3 hour journey! The nice gestures from Tahir earned him my trust and a great review!
