This is my second home. Lovely friendly atmosphere. That mixed with the recent refurbishment makes it a great gym for all levels of fitness. I recommend it to everyone.

They have the best personal trainer in the world called Andrew Philip Rogers

There's a great vibe at Paramount. The team and classes are fab and it's a real community.

Started up my membership this month at Paramount. I had an absolutely great 1-1 with Jeanette, who made me feel totally at ease.

All the staff are really friendly and always available to assist with the getting the best from the equipment and your workout plans.

An absolute gem of place for your workouts.

Paramount fitness is a great gym! The staff are friendly and happy to help, most of the other members are too! The classes are a great way to work out if you get bored easily in the gym or don't know what to do. Newly refurbished.. looks fab! X

Lovely family run gym. Very friendly and welcoming. Not a posers gym so you dont feel uncomfortable whatever shape/age you are. Varied amount of equipment and free weights. Metafit classes are amazing. Give it a go you wont be disappointed .

Love this place. Family run with friendly, helpful and motivational staff who are more than willing to help and encourage people of all levels and ability to succeed with their individual goals. Classes are great especially the Metafit.

I've Trained in this Gym for 7 years, and I've always been looked after by the staff and the members alike. So much so that it resulted in me choosing to now work there. The atmosphere is good for a gym and you wont find ego's. Its an environment i'd be comfortable suggesting for my family members to come and train in. Hands down the Best gym in the Urmston area.

I have been to many gyms over the years and I have to say that this gym is by far the best. Very good deal on memberships for myself and my hubby. The equipment is of excellent standard and different rooms to use depending on what activity you are doing. The classes are brilliant and really friendly. The owners and staff could not be more helpful and are always really informative. They listen to the members and deliver. All in all a great place with a very warm friendly welcome.

Haven't done exercise in years. With help from the gym I have lost 8lb in 2 weeks. Nice set up as well.

Being the previous owner of 10 years and currently running fitness and martial arts classes exclusively from the studio, I could be seen to be slightly bias � But this gym is like my second home and the improvements both Jeanette and Richard have made are fantastic. Come and see for your self �
