Visited here today with 2 ladies I look after with learning and physical disabilities. The staff AND customers where unbelievably helpful. Opening doors and moving chairs etc to accommodate quite a bulky wheelchair and the food was outstanding (best we've ever had to be honest) will definitely be coming here again with work as well as with my family.

The food at parnells is second to none , fish chips & mushy peas mmmmmmmm, & the home made cheese cakes r just the best

Lovely family run business the food is fresh homemade and out of this world delicious. Staff are very helpful, always happy and attentive. My whole family are regulars for family meals and friendly drinks. Good place to meet up local for light bites and catch ups with friends. My mum recently passed away and parnells was her favourite place to go we love to keep her memory alive by gathering and eating here. Thank you again to all of the staff at parnells for making my mum feel like royalty we appreciate everything you did for her. See you very soon already looking forward to it

Home made fresh food AMAZING!! Nice menu recommend pretty much everythink. Family run business good atmosphere family meals, nights out lovely place for chilled drinks and cocktails. All rounder the only place worth visiting on south road to be fair

Had my leaving drinks with my old workmates here on sat day/night and everyone had a boss time, loved it ����

Had an absolute shiny disco ball last night



Door staff are a credit to themselves! Had nothing but a laugh with them and all the staff behind the bar.

Had an absolute ball in there on Saturday night after the Derby all the staff are great, DJ is cool and the Door Staff are amazing there was a couple of women standing up on the leather seats and it was smoothly and quickly dealt with in a very responsible manner, John the Head Doorman is a credit to Security and the bar 5stars from me will definitely be making this place my regular from now on�

Had a nice drink and chat and boogie on sat with a work colleague cocktails are good. Nice and friendly staff.

Had a fantastic lunch here today with 3 of my sisters. Could not fault the service or the food...the best ever! Salt and pepper chicken was excellent, the fish and chips were beautiful, not forgetting the tastiest chicken diane plus melt-in-the-mouth Rolo cheesecake! Would definitely recommend you try it out. Thanks Parnells x

Always enjoyed the food from parnells never let's me down. Had the chicken an bacon carbonara today and wow!!!! Sooo nice! This place should be on the Albert Dock with that food. Thank you :-)

I went in on Saturday night my drinks order was wrong I got knocked and swilled by a man who was so drunk he couldn't stand up and a woman who was clearly very drunk wouldn't leave us alone and kept trying to grab and kiss us was !! I told the door staff and nothing was done and at the end they laughed if off and said thanks come back again !!!! Well I won't be back as a local business owner I think you need to have a word with them over manners and dealing with situations of drunks harassing other customers as it gives a bad impression on the area and road !

Food was under cooked!!!

My 2 friends waited 65 mins tor food then i waited a father 15 mins to be given my lunch under cooked! No choice in other meal or free drink while i waited!

I did get my money back ... However was just put on the table with a soz about that!!!
