This has to be the best Indian I’ve ever tasted, me and my family come here every New Years Eve as the food is consistently fresh and delicious and the staff are always friendly!

The best spiced and most flavoursome Indian food since all those rail signalling courses in Derby

Had a lovely meal for Christmas day 3 of us had the lovely traditional 3 course Christmas lunch and our 8yr old son had the chicken tikka massala and pudding all the staff were friendly and helpful definitely recommend ��

Fantastic food and service always look after you catered for 23 of us last night for a hen party gave us all a free glass of prosecco which we thought was a lovely touch and waiters were all great with us �

A big group of us have just been here for a birthday meal ...not one complaint , fab meal and fab staff ...Thankyou all ...we will be returning

Was nearly 5 stars but got themselves in a muddle with our order. With the exception of 1 dish the food was excelllent and would recommend any traveller giving it a go.

Very good food, generous portions and fyie fly staff.

The restaurant is very well presented. It is busy and the ambience is pleasing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The king prawns were extremely tough and disappointing but the staff, after testing, accepted that this was so and refunded that meal. The other meals were excellent and I believe the peshwari naan bread was to die for.

Really nice resteraunt, staff were very polite and the food and drinks came within good time. The food was nice, not the best curry I've ever tasted but I'd definitely go again and would love to try some of the other dishes and drinks that they do.

Restaurant Good - Take away oh dear!

We eat here regularly and the food is always very good, as well as really friendly staff.

HOWEVER, a word of warning. If you want a take away delivered at busy times e.g. Saturday evening, two things to be mindful of:

1) it will arrive very very late, because they bundle a whole load of orders together, and then drive round the area delivering them



2) the food will be cold, because of 1) above



Happens every time despite promises it won’t.



We will continue to use the restaurant but for take aways, we will go elsewhere I’m afraid.

Have been a fan of passage to india for a long time, but don't say you're open till 12 if you're then going to make the experience of a person who turns up at 11:05 horrible! Never felt so award having a meal. At one point a member of staff put his hoody on, and stood behind the glass in front of our table and continued to eyeball us. Your only saving grace being the guy who came over to give us the hot towels and bill. Such a nice lad. The only person who had been welcoming to us and happy for our business. If it wasn't for him this would officially be on the do not visit again list! Strangely enough this young man was one of the things that stand out from my previous visit. I'd have him running your place. Disgrace!! Sort your opening times out!

do you really want a truthful response .... rating zero but it wouldn't allow me so had to rate 1 ... rang for a delivery was old that it would be 20mins, it came 75 mins later than expected, order pilau rice it was disgusting, my dansak wasn't good either although I was so hungry after waiting this length of time I just ate the meat, the nan bread must have stuck to the dish it was cooked in and some shiny black debris was on the nan, kids got nuggets they were not good kids couldn't eat them, although we would recommend the side dish of salad

Service absolutely terrible,had a table booked for 8pm still waiting at 8.50 eventually leave,people get seen after u have been waiting all that time,NOT HAPPY
