Passenger Cars is a 24 hour, 7 day a week Private Hire Taxi Service. We have vehicles ranging from your standard car to 16 seated Minibuses.
Passenger Cars Description
Passenger Cars Group is made up of a group of private hire taxi companies which includes two of the oldest companies, Lindsell in Trafford and Walkers in South Manchester, both have been established for more than 50 years.
Others include Kartel, Anytime, Trafford Cars, Magnum, Luxi Star Cars and many more. In all they make up one of the largest taxi companies, so your waiting times are reduced. Our new taxi dispatch system helps us to maintain high standards of punctuality & reliability.
Our switch is manned 24 hours a day by our friendly and polite staff. If you have any special requirements please contact us. We are more than happy to help.

We were left stranded by Sale black cabs last night who were extremely rude when we tried to check where our taxi was. Rang passenger cars and they sent a taxi straight away, we had texts to show its location & when it was outside. Brilliant service & wont be using anyone else again! Thank you & have a great 2017 �
Tried different taxi companies and this one is the best. Always on time and friendly drivers. I was being dropped off at work at 5.30am when the driver noticed 2 lads walking past - he told told me to stay in the car till they'd gone and he would double back to make sure I was OK - what a star... brilliant service thank you
This taxi company never make me down is really good company I love this company I hope all the customer love this company

Left my phone in one of their cars Saturday night........rang to see if handed in...they took my details. Told me to ring again but on Tuesday I got a call the driver was coming to drop my phone off.......LEGEND....

Had a taxi to bring my children from timperly amazing guy credit to your company well done
Due to bad weather in London on Friday the 30th of December we were forced to fly to Manchester instead, where we were promised busses upon arrival to take us to London. After waiting 2 hours a taxi was called. John the taxi driver was amazing!!! and saved our New Year plans, he made the journey so smooth running and even offered to play our own music to make the journey easier. It didn't matter that it was late at night he was so warm and welcoming and turned what could have been a horrible journey into a lot of fun. If the group are Manchester again we will definitely be using Passenger Cars Group!
Came with in 5 mins call handler said 10 minutes friendly drivers was let down by a taxi firm in area but passenger cars stand and deliver day or night thanks guys
Very attractive young driver picked me up today. Made my trip to work a little more enjoyable. Friendly and talkative
Use this taxi service regularly but after last night I will NOT be using them again..!
Driver was very rude..! Last weekend the driver arrived 25 minutes early, called me to say he was outside, I told him he was very early so he then put the phone down and drove off..! Leaving me at midnight to find another way home from work ! I gave them the benefit of the doubt that time but after last night I'm very disappointed
Used to be a good company but not anymore what total idiots they employ. Haven’t a clue where they going - cant read a clock. & poor personal hygiene
Used this company over the weekend driver was now where to be seen even tho we were being told he's around the the corner, the gorilla woman on the phone had the customer service skills of errrm a gorilla then some some little turd with a whinny voice got in the phone to tell me we had already been picked up. Sort your telephone staff out or send them back to the zoo!!👍💯
Taken a taxi with you everyday for the past month; At the same cost for an 0.5 mile journey, Today I get charged £6 cash! Instead of the £3.15 I usually pay when I pay on card via the app. Yes it's only £2.75 more but, your drivers continually keep doing over customers telling them it's more then the app says- it's not the first time it's happened either.
Spoke to an extremely rude lady on switch on Saturday who even rang back to have a go at me!! rang to make a complaint and heard nothing since... Rubbish customer Service! Such a shame as the drivers for Passenger Cars are fantastic.. The office team have really let the service down!
Left an iPhone in a vehicle, tracked iPhone since it was left and told the office staff that we know it's in the car as we are tracking it since we got out. They claim they have spoken to the driver once and it is not there, asked if they could ask the driver to have a proper look down the seat as it was on silent and she said 'it's not my fault you have lost your property and want me to keep ringing up it's not my problem'. The other lady in the background shouted 'I blatantly told her we haven't got it' which she hadn't. I know it is not their problem one of their customers have lost their phone, but the way they handled and dealt with this was disgusting and extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Staff have no customer service skills whatsoever and are so unprofessional, probably the reason they are working for this company. Just remember if you do use them and mistakenly leave something behind, you have no hope of getting it back as they can't be bothered to help you, and just put the phone down on you all the time.

The taxi never turned up, no one answered the phone when I tried to find out where it was. I looked at my emails & had received an email at 10pm to advise that they had to cancel my taxi. No reason given so they left us stranded!! Thanks passenger group. You are USELESS! DON'T USE!!!

A silver Skoda Octavia driver number 5882 has just cut me up at the brook rd junction in urmston by going in the turn right lane past a queue of traffic & cutting in front. If I hadn't have breaked he/she would have taken the front of my car off.
He/she then proceeded down flixton road driving right up to each car in front, driving on his breaks. Once there were no cars in front, he/she sped of at what I would estimate being 50/60mph in a 30 zone. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but if this is how he/she drives on a professional basis it is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
