We’re raising money for a semi secret project which will make the Pastels experience much, much better for all customers. We can’t disclose all the information of it yet but we need to raise a bit of cash to make it as good as possible.... Wow! By far the best food in town! The Burgers are amazing but seriously in love with the chicken strips. You couldn’t get better food or friendlier service anywhere else. Always love their posts on Facebook and all the little additions to the restaurant, the owners have done an amazing job with this place. Can’t wait to go again! ��

Went in today , absolutely delicious , I had the vegan hotdog and the fella had beef burger, was beautiful, also had a massive range of milkshakes but we finally decided on reeses for me and Oreo for the fella, best milkshake I’ve had in ages !!

Very friendly and great atmosphere.

Went here with my parents before a show at the Winter Gardens. I'm into quirky places, but my parents thought I was mad for picking it. Then we got the food...we've all raved about it ever since. The staff were also super-friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Great little place, hope to come back soon.

Went here today after the theatre! food was fabulous and cooked freshly, the batter on.the chicken was very light and the portions were huge! Icing on the cake was the member of staff for such great and funny conversation! we will be back, all in all a very relaxed atmosphere with great food and great staff ��

Food was spot on had the chicken strips and fries for starters. Two Dirty Derek's for the mains. Milkshake was great as well.



Could do with some desserts on the menu though in the future especially with how warm it is right now, start dishing out ice creams out the front! Get some ciders on the menu as well maybe.

Welcoming staff and atmosphere, food was delicious. The halloumi fries are a must, and so are the boozy milkshakes! The Barry burger was probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted and I was delighted by the fact that the fries were fresh and not frozen! Would go to Pastels all the time if I lived in Blackpool.

Visited for the first time yesterday and i can't recommend this place enough, a great experience from start to finish with the service being outstanding, very friendly staff and helpful! And I was highly impressed with the food who says fast food has to be uninspiring? A real credit to everyone involved with pastels

Popped in yesterday after being offered a free burger on a previous post. Literally cannot rave about their burgers enough. Chips were great too. Brilliant portion size. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely place to chill and stuff your face! We’ll definitely be back!

Pastels serves the best wings and chicken strips! Great place with great food and great banter. You cannot ask for anymore. They stayed opened for us last night after we had a rubbish meal at another food establishment. Thanks so much, we’re so grateful. P.S they also do the best milkshakes too!

Omg wow! ! We have been meaning to order from here since they moved to Blackpool but was always dubious as to how they got such good reviews. I can honestly say this food is absolutely spot on. We had a burger and a hot dog as mains and then bbq wings and halloumi fries as sides. No complaints whatsoever about anything. Can't wait until next time! !!! Thank you very much. Me and my boyfriend went tbere last night and really enjoyed every min we were there. The burgers are so juicy and yhe fries are amaizing. Wish id have tried the shakes but i was full to the brim . Will defo be back . Lovely staff too. Make you feel very welcome , will be there again soon ;)

Not just any burgers... found on tripadvisor so thought we'd give it a go (we'd have only gone to Nando's or somewhere else otherwise, so rather than having something we can have anywhere we thought we may as well try something different) I had a 'Big Dunc' and added jalapenos Adam had an 'Alan' ... the burger meat and toppings were out of this world! Would recommend!

Great quirky place with fab food and great milkshakes! Took the kids and we all loved it. Definitely worth trying next time you are in Blackpool �

Got food delivered last night it was gorgeous- the burger was really tasty and my son said the vegan hot dog was amazing - highly recommended xx

Finally got around to trying Pastels. Absolutely worth it. Couldn’t find a single fault. Lovely staff, perfect burger and fries and the milky way milkshake is that good it should be illegal!! Next thing to try is the hotdog!

Been to pastels a fair few times now. Let’s ignore the petty time wasters on Facebook giving bad reviews I’ve always had a friendly welcome a lovely lovely meal and it’s always a laugh to come in! The staff are extremely kind and up front a laugh and make you feel comfortable. Never had a bad meal so far and confident that I won’t. Would defiantly recommend pastels get yourselves in!

Ate at Pastels a few times, both eat in and takeaway and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect spot in the centre of town. Food absolutely amazing and couldn’t ask for better service. Will deffo be recommending here to anyone that will listen ��

Amazing every time I’ve been in here, top quality staff and food is always delicious service is amazing and the look of the place is dead retro, couldn’t fault it, retro game system and good music, filling meals, all good really especially the alcoholic shakes�

We visited for the first time Saturday afternoon around 12.30, ordered drinks and food �



We were served beer with a straw, I'm pretty sure the waitress was new.



We waited 50 mins for food and it came looked fantastic but had to send it back as the chips were cold!



Was offered a free round of beers and a big apology which was great.



The food came back maybe 15 mins later and was absolutely fantastic!!



Superb hotdog and superb burger and topped chips.



Overall the food was easily a 10/10



Selection of beer available was really poor as they had sold out of 3 beers I asked for they were also pretty warm and not cold at enough at all, I guess they had a busy Friday.



Waitress knowledge and overall presence poor.



It seemed like there wasn't a way for her to let the kitchen know what table was what as we were asked about the order for the table next to us a couple of times.



As I said at the time and to be clear the food is amazing!!



Just a couple of things to improve/fall in place.



We will 100% give you another go �
