We were using George Hickman from the HRFace2Face team to deal with a very delicate situation at our business. George did a fantastic job first by explaining to us what will happen during the meeting with the staff member and giving us various options for action. Than, by conducting the meeting with our employee. The meeting went smoothly and the outcome was the best we could have hope for.



As a very small organisation we couldn't have conducted the meeting so professionally as George has done. I would like to thank George again and would highly recommend George and the service to anyone else who is in need of professional help.

We have used Peninsula for a number of years as we do not have a HR department. I find them easy to use; usually there is someone available to speak with immediately, if not they always return phone calls, emails come through quickly with template letters or other correspondence. I feel confident when tackling any staff difficulties that I am giving correct and up to date information.
