My name is Lynne and I create and design hand crafted sewn items. I love sewing and I love the idea of handmade individual items which are more special as it's nicer to have an individual dress or item that isn't mass produced. I love creating these little items and being surrounded by a houseful of boys it's lovely to be able to make girly items even though they're not for keeps in my house ! My terms of business are :
* All invoices must be paid within 48hrs of receipt please.
* Sometimes supplies are no longer available and I will do my best to match colours and fabrics as closely as possible. I will message first to show you the alternative if required. This is usually trimmings and ribbons.
* My preferred method of payment is paypal (you can pay via paypal even if you do not have an account - await my email with instructions).
* I will consider cash or bank transfers on request depending on the circumstances.
* Delivery is by royal mail or collection can be arranged - Please note I do not make money on postage costs I only charge what the post office charge me.
* If you wish to purchase a pre-made item please comment sold underneath the photo and inbox me your e-mail address so I can send you an invoice.
* Please inbox me for bespoke requests as I do not always receive notifications.
* I pride myself on my customer service and aim to deliver high quality handmade goods with an excellent service, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or your service then please contact me to discuss.
** Refund will not be given on personalised goods unless faulty or damaged. I do not offer refunds on postage cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Customised items are refunded at my discretion.
