Welcome to Phoenix Fitness Lancaster

We are former trainers of Inspire who are passionate about fitness, we have managed to persevere through all the changes that have occurred following the fire back in March. We owe this to the support we have had from our members who have stayed with us through it all. We developed a more unique style of training, by becoming more inventive to support the fitness of our members as a result we tailor our sessions. This creative element and the support we received has fueled our passion further. This early success has spurred us to set up our own company Phoenix Fitness Lancaster.

We see ourselves as a community and a team. Who place a lot of value on support and motivation to help our members achieve their goals, as they support us in achieving ours.

Please feel welcome to come in or drop us a message if you are interested about the service we provide and how we may be able to help. There is no pressure to join, and there is a free trial session to get a feel for what we offer.

Prices- There is no sign up fee, and no lengthy contracts.

Currently we have our January offer already in place to help deal with the affects of the Festive Season.

There is the option for your own private class for yourself or small group, subject to booking availability.
