Based in Wallasey in the North West, we undertake repairs for most manufacturers including replacement touch screen digitizers, LCD's, battery replacements and full housing fittings.

We aim to have your mobile phone or tablet repaired and despatched back to you as quickly as possible.

How It Works

Once you have found the repair that you require for your mobile phone or tablet, simply click on the "add to basket" and complete the form along with payment via Paypal.

You can either send your device in to us, or we can send you one of our customised secure shipping boxes for you to use at no extra charge, there is an option in the checkout section for you to choose. You can find our address on our "Contact Us" page.

When you send your device to us, either with our box, or your own packaging, we would recommend that you send your device to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this will insure your device for up to £500 for loss or accidental damage. Please be sure to include your details, and your phone number, as we may need to contact you.

Please ensure that you have completely backed up your device before you send it to us as we cannot be held responsible for any data lost during the repair.

We will repair your device as quickly as possible, keeping you updated as to the progress, and have your device returned to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service will need to be signed for.

If for any reason we cannot repair your device, or it is beyond economical repair, we may offer you a price to buy it for parts or to be recycled, or we can refund your money to your Paypal account, and return your device to you free of charge.
