As qualified physiotherapists and pilates instructors we know that most back pain will settle back down with time, movement and sometimes some encouragement. We also know it is very common for that pain recur, regular exercise can be helpful to help prevent recurrence and minimise impact of flare ups.
Pilates as you can read gives a few extra bonuses.
