Very disappointing night tonight. The music is way too loud meaning we could only talk to the person next to us and not everyone round the table but unbelievably one of our party had his jacket taken by another diner, complete with car keys and wallet and what followed by the staff and management was completely farcical. They gave us about 4 different accounts of what had happened making it look suspiciously like a scam of some sort. We eventuually got it back but only after creating a mighty fuss and attempting to call the police!!

Took my sister there yesterday.

Booked for 6pm.

Had to wait over ten minutes to be seated but The Terrace was lovely.

Attentive service.

Our menu choices proved superb , food was excellent.

Pity after being seated late we were reminded we had to leave for next sitting at 8pm...but overall the evening was great.

The staff were lovely , very attentive, the waitress even took my 80 year old mum to the ladies so she wouldn't get lost. The food was delicious , the terrace was lovely on a beautiful sunny afternoon. My first visit here , definitely won't be the last !!!

Staff make you feel relaxed and also as if you are a regular here..I have been here a few times but it's always good the atmosphere...

My birthday treat!! We were wandering around knutsford and decided to try piccolinos for lunch! We had no reservation but were seated straight away, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was filled with lots of delicious choices and even the children’s menu pleased both my fussy child and my adventurous daughter! The food was delicious as were the drinks!!! I can’t fault anything!! We will absolutely be returning!! Even the furniture was comfy, we could have stayed all day!

Luca gave us a warm welcome as usual. We had booked a table on the lovely terrace and our waiter Angelo was attentive and very friendly. Everyone had a lovely evening, thank you from the Glaswegians!!

Would have been a five if it wasn’t for the rude waitress! Food was lovely as always and the rest of staff friendly- we visited Saturday 14th July and sat on the outside terrace.

I like this restaurant very much the ambience, the decor and the food are all to my liking. The staff are attentive and polite and the service is slick and polished.

We have been dining at Piccalinos in knutsford for the last 13 years and have enjoyed the food there.but sat 22nd July we booked a table of ten for my wife's birthday & we found the staff fabulous as usual but this time when we had the food there was so much of a difference we were so disappointed with the standard of food.? I think we will be not rushing back soon as we all felt we were let down with the standard of quality of the meal..my wife had the seafood risotto which had 1 prawn in?? Also was up half the night with a bad tummy? So wasn't such a good birthday in the end..

We booked a table for 12 this evening to then be seated on two tables as there was not a table big enough of which we were not advised about upon booking.

The food was not good, very tasteless and overpriced, the garlic beard was like cardboard and the vegetarian selection was very poor. the only saving grace for this restaurant was the lovely staff. I will not be returning.

The service wasn't anything like I've experienced in the past, sadly. Scallops were overcooked and quite cold, roasted cod was lovely but drowning in butter and the second bottle of Gavi wasn't chilled properly. One particular waiter had a tantrum with the ice bucket stand. Thought I was back in the playground! Perhaps a few lessons in charm from the Restaurant Bar & Grill staff might help.

Truly awful arrived early and wanted to have the lunch menu. Sarky waitress said we start lunch at 12 what time is it now. Raised her eyebrows gave a sarcastic smile and walked away. Then they wanted to move us to a,booth for 6 when we were a party of 7

Finally gave us the menu to order lunch and it was slow and arrived in dribs for a party of 7 my meal had to be returned as it was cold.

No oven so no garlic bread, coffee cold. Would we like to order more food, not likely .... The interior is far superior to the cuisine.

Very disappointing overpriced food not likely to go again had better food in a supermarket cafe!!
