We enjoyed our stay in Pine Lakes Resort as it can be described as home away from home. Cottages are fully furnished, we loved the beds comfortable in a very cosy room. Looking forward to go back, highly recommended.
W had really wonderful time . W been last year as well resort was very nice n beautiful neat n clean. W lv to visit again. Excellent service I wish them gd luck all the time.
Very nice resort. An unexpected oasis, full of amenities. I was lucky enough to sample this beautiful set back. �
Such a lovely place! Really friendly staff. Great choice of food in the restaurant for vegetarians too! Can’t wait to go again
Loved our short trip from start to finish. Couldn't praise the place highly enough. From the ease of the polite check-in to the delivery to my lodge of a requested wheelchair, to the lovely disabled access accommodation with bathroom adaptations for my elderly mother. Our lodge looked out onto the lake, so my mum could happily sit on the patio and watch the kids doing the various watersports (which I didn't think were badly priced). We also used the tennis court, crazy golf and games room behind reception. Also had a fantastic meal in the restaurant, which was excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The whole place is great for wheelchair access and the paths flat and smooth. We ran out of time to use the pool facilities, but that just gives us a reason to come back...which we will.

Supplied with all amenities, even down to wash up liquid cloths, tea sugar etc. Fantastic price, can't wait to go back.
Just got back from an enjoyable 1 night stay. Was very well equipped and very clean. The WiFi connection was brilliant. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool, hot tub, steam and sauna were also very nice. Overall its a nice calm relaxing place with amazing views day and night. The boat ride was also excellent and good value for money.
Can’t fault the place. Will definitely be back.

Just back from a 2 night stay and the resort is lovely. The only thing that would make it better for next time is to be able to pre book lodges next to each other
Enjoyable 2 day stay in an immaculate cabin. Extremely well equipped. Excellent WiFi connection. Reception staff were very welcoming and courteous. Had a nice meal in the restaurant although we had a joke about not understanding our Scottish accent! I also like the pool because I am small and never out of my depth. The jacuzzi was closed for maintenance however no big deal as the sauna and steam room were still available. This is our 4th visit and not our last.
Back from a two night night stay and we all had a lovely time. The accommodation was great with a perfect view of the lake. Kids had a brilliant time enjoying the water sports. Will definitely be back!
Back from a 3 night stay... it’s the 6th time we’ve been, loved every visit we’ve had but this stay topped the lot!! We were given a lodge right on the lake which in my opinion was the the best location on the site! Staff were brill... couldn’t fault them one bit!! Will be back again later in the year �
A Technical hitch on our arrival but very quickly put right by the extremely efficient staff at Pine Lake Resort and everything else went smoothly throughout the rest of our stay. Brilliant holiday..���
We have as a family been coming here at Christmas for about 9 years and have always enjoyed ourselves. It was spoiled this year as we were given a non refurbished lodge which was smaller than normal. We had to ask for a towel change and toilet rolls and had no cleaners for 5 days! Apart from that the views are spectacular across the lake, the lodge was warm and we had loads of hot water.
My partner booked for a surprise one night stay. We were so impressed with the friendly staff, the facilities, the food and the views were spectacular. Definitely going back, can't wait. 😀
Me to me birthday treat last week. Stayed 3 nights in studio 2, requested lake view if possible but hey ho was happy were situated a stone's throw from reception/ restaurant and bar. Also 2 minute walk to leisure centre. All staff polite and welcoming. Quick service In restaurant. Studio very clean & spacious enough for me. Have special piza/pasta night tuesday also entertainment. Went to Ajays prize bingo & quiz night, reckon i got good score on my own!! Nice walks & handy for all visitor attractions. Only up road for me but would revisit:-)
Great place to stay. Am in Studio apartment- more than big enough for 2. Everything you need is here, - cleaning cloths, w-up liquid. Only thing you need bring is a tea towel. Very well equipped apartment. Good for a quiet relaxed break or for sightseeing & good facilities on site
An outstanding family holiday in UK. The only problem is you cannot swim in the lake but overall i can recommend this place to everyone. Kids loved it especially the watersports. Also tesco and aldi are just a mile away. July and August are perfect months to stay in this amazing resort.
Really dissapointed booked my children and their partners to go for a 2 night stay with BREAKFAST as advertised but when tgey arrived tgey were told no breakfast was included after 3 emails to wowcher to report this and again no reply il be taking this to the trading standards agency for advice as this is false advertising it clearly states breakfast included on the advertisement
