Tiled splashback done on a kitchen that we had recently fitted.

A ceiling feature done for a returning customer. Ceiling overboarded. New electrics Frame built and fitted to to the ceiling Tape light and spot lights fitted into it. ... We have also changes all the doors throughout so ready for the decorator now. We will be removing the conservatory roof for them in the near future and replacing it to make the room more useable. Another done and dusted. Stripped right back to brick which unveiled a number of issues. External walls framed and insulated Joists had to be moved to accommodate the new tray Fully re piped with all controls in the walls ... New smaller door and frame fitted to accommodate a bigger shower Basically everything that could be had to be changed to accommodate what we were doing. Fully tiled with all the fixtures and fittings. There’s a few feature lights to be fitted yet, one in the niche and the other at the bottom of the bath panel, and a bespoke glass shower screen which is being made. Was a absolute please doing this although I think I have a few more greys through so much thinking 😂😂.

Well what can I say about this one. It’s a work in progress 😉. This will be a wetroom with a whirlpool bath fitted. Its being tiled at the moment but haven’t too the pics will wait until it’s all done 😊

Bathroom refit done recently. This was back to brick with lowered ceiling and spot lights. We done a lot more at the same property too, re plastered hall stairs and landing including overboarding ceilings. Bedroom was half plastered with a stud frame under the window and insulated with kingspan. Loft hatch was also fitted too. I will get the before pics of this bathroom and take some clearer pics of it soon as I’m popping back round 😊

Kitchen fitted by ourselves recently. Will be coming back to this one soon to tile the splash back. 😊

A quick flooring job done recently

New loft hatch installed this week by the lads, over board and plaster the bedroom ceiling, lighting in the loft space and new frame and flooring to the loft for storage. More to come from this one so watch this space. 😊

Another bathroom and separate toilet done and dusted by the lads. And now on to the next one.
