Went for tea with my Dauhter, had the new Tandoori Sqewer, the chicken was cooked perfect and was so tender, very tasty dish and lovely service. Xx

Just had Sunday lunch in here and it was amazing! Staff were lovely and very helpful, in fact it was so good we’ve booked for Mother’s Day!
Just been in platform 1 with Michael Davis , who is organising the party for single pensioners and Janice bless her has said she will help with so many things !!! It's times like this you realise what big hearts some people have !!! THANKYOU to Michael for selflessly comimng up with the plan in the first place and all the people who are chipping in !! xxxx
Had a really nice steak pie and thick cut chips (which were the best I've had in a looooonnnnggg time). Hubby had ribs and fries which he thoroughly enjoyed too.
Nice, modern but cosy decor. Attentive staff. An enjoyable lunch.

Food is amazing and Janice the landlady is doing a great job with the pub. Couldn’t ask for a better service �
First time I have been in since the refurb, it’s absolutely gorgeous inside. The food was also really good, took my child in here for lunch whilst meeting a friend. Staff really friendly, would Defo recommend P1 for food/drinks
Excellent! I've been here a few times for food and always left more than satisfied. Staff are friendly and strive to make sure everything is to your expectations. The food is delicious great value for money and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I'd recommend this place as a perfect place to go if you fancy freshly homemade pub grub!
Enjoyed a fabulous Christmas meal at Platform One - there were about 36 of us and the staff did really well and certainly looked after us! Good choices on the menu to suit everyone, cooked to a high standard! Only one ‘reservation’ - the Christmas Crackers provided, on our particular table, all had the same silly joke in them but I reckon that’s what Christmas is all about!! Thank you so much for a fabulous night Platform One!

Absolutely fabulous food!!! Lovely atmosphere and staff are just gorgeous! Go out of their way to make you feel special. Love this place!

3 vegan items on menu, just had the quorn vegan pizza with vegan cheese, delish also had their salt n pepper chips- amazing xx
