Today I saw a bad review on amazon for this company. Whoever wrote this was totally wrong on the quality and craftsmanship of their products. Who ever reads this review is totally wrong. The love and quality of work put into there products is second to none. Please nobody be put off by tho negative comment by one small minded person

Fantastic product! We ordered a house number sign. This arrived in a timely fashion, however the corner of the slate was chipped. We phoned the company, they said no problem and sent us a fresh slate again, at no extra cost. Very happy with this service & our sign is now up on our new house.

Paid for premium next day delivery and the order took 5 days to arrive. Was told I would get a refund for my postage but the refund was never recieved. Clearly not posted next day I can only think to word it as been ripped off.

I ordered a present for a birthday on the day it was supposed to arrive I contacted them to find out qhere it was and they told me they were waiting on a delivery in 2 days (i was not informed of this when ordering or contacted to tell me as such after) i then emailed a week later as i still hadn't received anything to be told that the delivery didnt turn up and it should arrive that day (again no one contacted me). I have today contacted again to be told their delivery still hasnt arrived. I have now cancelled my order an am extremely disappointed. I would not buy from this company again.
