such a brilliant pole fitness school for all levels. when you go here its like gaining a new family. excellent teachers who really care about your progression. absolutely fantastic

Took part in the hoop class this afternoon, and it was amazing. The instructor was informative, the equipment felt strong and immediately safe and happy in the training room. Fabulous class thanks

I join pole attack 3 years ago , iv never felt so empowered all the teacher are sooooooo amazing 😉 and I can recommend joining and being part of such a great team !!!!!! #doit

Have loved every min of the classes. I was self conscious at the start and a complete beginner but Helen makes you feel really welcome and comfortable. No one judges you in class and It's not a competition. every one in class supports each other and cheers you on. such a great social environment, and even better all over body exercise. I can really see the change in my body after two 8 week courses. I recently moved from berko to Aylesbury and I hope to continue to take classes with Helen in Aylesbury to keep up fitness but also in the hope of making some new friends in the area because pole attack feels like one big happy family.



Thankyou poll attack and all the lovely teachers for enhancing my lifestyle not just my fitness! Much love

Had my taster last week and my first proper class tonight with Lucy! Absolutely loving it! So lovely to have an hour for myself doing something fun and working some lost and forgotten muscles! Strangely even enjoying the chaffing and suspect bruising!! Lucy is so positive and lovely..... A real highlight to my week! ☺️

Fabulous place to learn pole! Helen is an encouraging and enthusiastic teacher. I had lost my pole-mojo and she has given it me back! Thank you for being so inspirational! X

Amazing pole school with amazing teachers!

Aahhmmaagghhaadd this was SO much fun! 8 of us came for an evening beginners pole lesson with Annette and we laughed non-stop. We swung, we twirled, we dropped, we shimmied. We managed a little choreographed routine by the end and came out exhausted and aching, but ridiculously proud of ourselves. Annette hits the perfect blend of being super encouraging while not letting anyone wuss out. We won our 'pole kisses' I think. Everyone should give this a go.
