purchased a hoover and took back after ten month they gave me a new one.also purchased a new washing machine and delivered it within ten minutes.last one i got from there lasted ten years!!!

Just dealt with pooles when I needed new cooker; I messed up with measurement and got wrong cooker and Pooles were willing to exchange .. Good delivery service, pleasant to deal with in shop and nothing was too much trouble for Mike and his assistant .. Would highly recommend Pooles Domestics of Platt Bridge

I've used Poole's Domestics twice. First for a dishwasher. We got a graded Hotpoint dishwasher. The "graded" damage were a few scratches on the plastic of the door, which cant be seen when the dishwasher door is shut. It works perfectly. This saved us hundreds of pounds over what major retailers were selling the same dishwasher.



Second for a AEG stainless steel cooler which too was Graded. On inspection I could see no reason why it was graded. It looked perfect and performs sublimely. The purchase of the cooker from Poole's and paying a great local gas fitter (recommended by Poole's) saved over £400 over buying and fitting the same cooker from well known online appliance sites.



The staff are great and friendly. They rang around trying to find the exact cooker I wanted and after a few days managed to find one.

Ordered a dryer today which was urgent due to an ill family member, and without even telling the lady our situation, she had folded the seats back on her people carrier and delivered the dryer within an hour! They were really good and swapped the machine for me, but then my fridge part of fridge/freezer started to freeze all my food up! I contacted them but was told to contact Beko myself. An engineer has been out twice and 8 weeks later it is still not fixed! I can’t put any food in there or it freezes. Surely I should have had a replacement instead of it trying to be fixed?
