We have always used Premier blinds with full installation of tracks and blinds to all our house windows and patio doors and have also purchased replacement slats when the wife wanted a change of colour.

Today I have ordered some slats for our caravan and as usual the service is second to none.

Lynsey who I dealt with was so helpful and bubbly, she has gone above and beyond to get the slats ready within 24 hours and got the wife off my case so thanks Lynsey.

Would definitely recommend for quality , price and service..

We got intouch via Facebook messanger i was a little hesitant from reading some negative reviews but with a quick response Back to then having a appoinment to get the windows measured up on a Thursday...to then having the verticals fitted the following Thursday i couldn't believe how quick i was expecting a few weeks! We went for 7 blind for £149 as we wanted coloured and our windows are slightly bigger than 4ftby4ft we were expecting to pay a lot more. We decided to pick a nice Grey colour scheme throughout and we paid £215 which i thought was fantastic. Also we had a lovely man called Ian who is friendly helpful and just genuinely a nice chap! took him around 40mins to fit up the blinds! And i now feel posh! lol. Thank you premier blinds! Made up! �

Only issue I had was when the guy came out to fit the blinds one of my windows was measured wrong so he couldn’t do it but he did come back the following week when he said he would and sorted it. Overall I’m very pleased with everything and love my blinds. Thank you

Had my blinds fitted for the second time today by premier blinds the fitter was friendly and professional and the telesales safe were also brilliant I highly recommend premier blinds to anyone I truly love my blinds thank you to all at premier blinds ��

Had my 8 windows done 160 for white vertical blinds are lovely for the price do not look cheep at all measured on a thursday by a lovely bloke and fitted following thursday by a diffrent buy verry polite lovely bloke yet again wud deffinatly 100per cent reccomend this company thankyou so much xx

Had my 5 blinds fitted today, i was nervous of anything going wrong after reading some of the reviews but to be measured on Thursday then fitted the following Thursday by guys that are well mannered, super fast, tidy and overall really lovely men, is fantastic so thank you! I paid £140 for 5 white verticle blinds (my front room window was big hence the added cost) put great price for service and quality, thanks again �

Measured up wrong and visited twice !!!! Ripped my old blinds down then i had to wait a week for new ones to arrive! Wouldnt let me have a refund and the big boss cant even be arsed to call me to discuss appaling how ever he still in business ill never now

Just had a quote of 420 for 2 faux wood blinds ����be very careful people,absolute rip off

Premier blinds came to measure and showed a sample of wooden Slats that were around 6mm thick, they measured and gave us a price of £865 for the entire house. We accepted the price and paid a £500 deposit.

When they arrived and started to fit them, I noticed that the slats were only about 2mm thick. My partner then checked the quality and they were terrible, blinds looked like they were cut by a blind person with a bread knife, I have never seen such bad quality blinds.

My partner then told the fitters that they were unacceptable and told them to take them down and take them back.

They now refuse to return are calls and messages, blocked my partner on Facebook so he couldn’t write a review.

They will be taken to the small claims court to recover the £500 if they don’t reply within 2 days.

Save yourselves a lot of bother and use a proper blind company like Hilary’s.
