Senior instructor Nigel Ashton has been training for over 29 years. He is the former WKA welterweight North West Area Thai Boxing Champion, holds a professional trainer /cornerman licence issued by the British Boxing Board of Control along with SIMTA Thai Boxing certification. In addition, qualifications in sport and exercise science and personal training enable all aspects of your training to be expertly and safely delivered.

Over the last decade people have become more aware of the benefits of exercise to their overall health and well-being. With that a boom in unqualified instructors as also happened.
