The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable clean throughout.

The food is Devine and service very attentive would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here made the start of the holiday special.

User

Staying here for 1 night before heading to Turkey. Happy bubbly receptionist started the stay perfectly. Family Room big and clean. Bought the meal deal where we get 2 courses for the evening meal and cooked breakfast - bargain. Had the skewers platter and Greek salad- really fresh, good portions and great service (this is a big compliment seeing as I am very fussy with quality of food!) Kyal was our waiter who was fantastic and so were the others who helped out. My son got brought a dessert ordered in error, was very thoughtful and also they accommodated our drinks we wanted. Very impressed, great work the whole team. I hope the general manager acknowledges this review.

Stayed in the hotel before flying out to Barcelona and the hotel is very clean and reasonably priced.

The staff never stop smiling and have a great attitude towards customer service. All of them are a credit to the hotel chain.

Food excellent and a good choice.

Highly recommend this hotel and is the best hotel I have stayed in from the chain.

User

I didn’t stay dropped my elderly uncle and auntie to stay ready for their flight home to Canada the reception was really helpful and made sure they were booked for the shuttle bus and my Aunt & uncle loved the room and the bar area

User

Arrived the day before we flew (after a four hour journey) and couldn't fault it.

Room was clean and comfy, staff were helpful, breakfast was hot and delicious- highly recommended.

Ignore any bad comments if there are any. Well worth the money and upgrade to the meal deal to make sure your fully fed

User

A great hotel bed 🛏 was very comfortable room nice and clean staff very friendly and helpful the only let down was paying £10 to park should put it in the price of the hotel, would stay there again 👍👍

User

Used this premier inn for our return from holiday at 1am, used the park (meet n greet T3) fly - return & stay ( opposite to the norm) and found it spot on and cheaper than meet and great plus a seperate hotel stay, clean room well equiped, bed was on the small size but ok for our very short stay, breakfast had a very good selection and was self serve, topped up with fresh hot and cold selection regularly, check out hassel free with parking exit ticket.

Then our onward journey back to the Highlands of Scotland

Will use this again for sure

User

Stopped overnight before flying to the USA today. Kelly on reception couldn't have been more helpful, bar staff not so good, too busy with their own conversations to take note when ordering drinks with no ice.

Breakfast advertised in room £6.99 - charged £7.50. Apparently new prices came in that morning

Clean, comfy and convienient

User

Stayed here many times before. Comfortable stay and good use of the free WiFi. The meal was really nice, although it would have been nice if they had waited until we had finished our starters before bringing out the main meals. Apart from that, we had no other issues.

User

Room was great. Friendly and efficient staff. Knocked a star off having to pay for parking. Bit of a money spinner for them I suppose, being near the airport but still.

User

4 of us Checked in with 2 babies 10 bags.. couldn’t of asked for better help from the Reception staff she was very helpful maintenance man helped take our luggage to the room..room was an overnight room.. adequate & clean.. comfortable bed & pillows.. just noisey with heating .. ate in the restaurant which was ok..they were busy & it took a little time but all in all I would recommend Premier Inn

User

The food was excellent great service by a great waiter every thing was wonderful until we went to bed!! The room was uncomfortably hot and the bed sank in the middle causing a roll together. Tried to cool room down but thermostat kept changing back to 23 °c. Now on hols and room is perfect let’s have the best sleep !!

User

Check In staff were great, very helpful, very cheerful. We got assigned a disabled room. By the sounds of the other reviews we got lucky because I can't fault it. Loads of room albeit noisy if the window is open. So far so good.... then we went to eat..... awful. No other word for it. Restaurant so hot you can hardly breath and the service is so quick you can only pay complements to the microwave. All being said, decent hotel, but take a picnic.

User

Stayed 1 night before early flight, restaurant was fine, we was on the first floor and it is December it was so hot! The air con didn't work I rang reception at fine 11pm to complain had to open the window but then it was noisy! The kids was in the bed near the window so couldn't have it open in case they got cold! So hardly any sleep before a long haul flight! Complained at check out, guy didn't seem really bothered

User

Staff where OK as was the food . however the room was very noisy due to the design of the window and being in the side where the motorway was.

The shower its self was very nice however the base of the shower quickly became very slippy . be careful when you use it. There is a green light in the room (possibly something to do smoke or fire detection) and it is so bright it lights the room up. They have covered it with some tape but still it like a beacon for the airport . sleep quality was poor . just a note be careful if you pick up the bin in the room !!. I will be looking at getting my money back under their sleep guarantee ..

User

So here I am at 3.45am. I guess you can tell the sort of night I’m having. So I’ve had either next door or upstairs flushing their toilet 20 times or more since 11pm, I just don’t get it. I’m lied here with no covers as it’s so warm, the heating came on a few hours ago, the pipes creaking with the heat expansion. The guests above have fonally gone off to sleep as I can no longer hear their elephant sized feet across the ceiling. Around 20 minutes ago someone kindly banged their door and stomped off down the hallway. I feel like I’m slowly losing the plot. My alarm is set for 6am but that’s a laugh! Oh, the toilet flush just went again and the elephant is still awake upstairs by the way. They must have some sort of bladder issue as this is just not normal! Good night guarantee? That’s a laugh! You may be wondering why I’ve bothered with the 2 stars? Well, I enjoyed dinner. I can’t be bothered getting up, getting dressed and going downstairs to reception to complain, I’m not in the best of moods now and it’s not the persons fault who’s on reception I don’t think they deserve my wrath! Premier Inn sucks tonight.

User

Service at the restaurant very poor. Had to ask twice for straws for my daughter and friends drinks arrived 30ish mins later. Also Starter came wrong and my daughters main meal. The air con in the room not working absolutely red hot in the room, to the point couldn't sleep with it. Then flicking light in the bedroom so unable to turn the main light on due to my epilepsy. My daughter was attending a dance competition so wasn't ideal doing hair in the semi dark room. Told reception was told I will write it down. Very much doubt this was done to the lack of no sorry was mentioned

User

Rocked up from holiday at 4 in the morning after a long flight and 3 kids the youngest been 2, to be told their was no booking, so I brought up the email, the guy told me I'd put pm instead of am, told us the room was available but because of the time mix up he couldn't get us a key for our room till 5. So current situation were in the bar waiting, with kids bedded down on chairs. The guy is nice enough but what a complete wet lettuce, his customer service and judgment call on keeping customers happy completely failed, as I will be taking this further, you can't tell him he couldn't have sorted us a room, complete disgrace, untrustworthy company where customers should be the priority and they clearly aren't !!!

User

Arrived at this place, the staff were fairly ok. Got to the room it was fairly good the bed was comfy fair enough. But then the issues started arising. We went down at 6pm thinking the hotel was busy we would get in early to the restaurant for our tea. We got to the wee service stand noticing a lot of empty tables. Then got told 7.15pm to come back as they were busy seemingly. We sat in the bar, we then went to the bar for a drink and waited around 10-15mins to get served. The bar wasn't particularly busy either. We got seated the starters were great the mains though I had a mixed grill the the meat had been cooked but was slightly warm. I asked for medium rare for my steak it was pretty much blue and very stringy. We went out and about after that and found a pub in Trafford. When we returned we went back to the room. Later on I went down to the bar for a drink. On leaving the room I could smell a very strong smell of cannabis wafting up the hall. I reported it to the staff but a bit later they sprayed some air freshener but did not deal with the source. For the rest of the night the smell got stronger. If you do drugs this hotel seems to promote it. We were flying out the next day and really don't want affected by this crap before going through security. The hotel should have done something about this. As surely using illegal drugs shouldn't be tolerated. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Stopped overnight before flying to the USA today. Kelly on reception couldn't have been more helpful, bar staff not so good, too busy with their own conversations to take note when ordering drinks with no ice.

Breakfast advertised in room £6.99 - charged £7.50. Apparently new prices came in that morning

Clean, comfy and convienient

Stayed here many times before. Comfortable stay and good use of the free WiFi. The meal was really nice, although it would have been nice if they had waited until we had finished our starters before bringing out the main meals. Apart from that, we had no other issues.

Room was great. Friendly and efficient staff. Knocked a star off having to pay for parking. Bit of a money spinner for them I suppose, being near the airport but still.
