... The before and after of spraying the upvc windows on our delahays project in hale. We decided the windows and doors were in perfect working order and the new render just made the frames look tired!

A dated poorly design extension was the current situation on one of our clients homes.
We fully redesigned the living space down stairs and added a small extension. Then we knocked through the kitchen and old living room to create a huge kitchen living space opening up to what is now a lovely large garden with a full length bifold door.

A recent bathroom completed... simple, cost effective face lift.

Prymo Residential were instructed to carry out a full house renovation that included, opening up the kitchen and dining room and extending it in order to create a large open plan kitchen & living space.
With huge bifolds opening up to a new decking area and returfed garden - this home now has the wow factor!
The rest of the house also had an uplift with a full revamp including full new bathroom, full replaster and decoration, new flooring through out as well as a down stairs... toilet under the stairs was installed.
Prymo Residential were given a budget by the client and was asked by the client to carry out all works including full design and specification choices to fall within the budget. We delivered with no issues or snags.
