We stayed here last night and we were very impressed. The hotel was beautiful,spotlessly clean and in a great location. The room was decorated beautifully, the bed was comfy and we were provided with tea and coffee, water and toiletries. Check in was so easy and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed a three course evening meal which was cooked perfectly and the service was great. We also enjoyed breakfast this morning which was lovely. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Pullman for a night out for our wedding anniversary. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and polite. The breakfast choices were really good too. We have stayed in a few hotels in Liverpool over the last couple of years but have to be honest will be returning to the Pullman as this is head and shoulders above the rest

We had a night at the Pullman for a night out. We live in Liverpool so this was a nice night away for us. The view from the room was fabulous. Staff couldn't do enough for you very polite and friendly. The room was lovely very bright and spotless well done to the housekeeping turning the rooms around so quick they do a great job. Breakfast was good. We have stayed in quiet a few hotels in Liverpool but not returned but got to say we will certainly be returning to the Pullman and will highly recommend.

Spent two nights at The Pullman and we had a wonderful stay... great choice of Hotel I. An amazing location!

Our Room was beautifully decorated and had everything we required. Good bathroom and the beds were one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in.

We were in room 319 situated right next to the lifts but we weren’t disturbed by noise at all.

All of the staff we spoke to we’re courteous, friendly and very helpful. The cocktails were top notch too!!

Probably wouldn’t search around for our next stay... would love to go back and stay here again! Thank you Pullman people ���

Our stay was absolutely brilliant, but think we should have been warned that parking can be limited and unless you pay by the App. You'll need a lot of £1.00 coins. The Parking Company's computer was down on Friday morning, which obviously didn't help. The hotel staff were great in providing enough coins for a 24 hour stay.

Our only complaint was that there were only 3 hangars in the wardrobe, and no shelves/drawers. If we'd have been staying longer if would have been a major problem. Other than that, it was brilliant. Next time I'll be taking a lot of £1.00 coins, a couple of coat hangars and a street map to show us where alternative parking is located ( the multi- storey nearby is currently out of action due to an earlier fire.

Me and my boyfriend have just had a recent visit to the Pullman hotel, and fair to say we were NOT disappointed,very welcoming staff , great selection of breakfast, the room was utterly spotless and the little extras such as the shampoo etc were a nice touch. The bed was so comfy we didn’t want to leave and the shower was delightful. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely hotel clean and tidy we had an executive room and service was fabulous including access to executive lounge and mini bar.Bed was so comfy ! Loved the bath and shower only downfall husband was looking forward to breakfast but it was a let down as it was cold/lukewarm I enjoyed the waffles and pastries definitely stay here again gutted we didn't stay here for our honeymoon back in August we stayed at the Hilton very disappointing hotel just the same as a premier inn! We will be hoping to return for our wedding anniversary in August : -) thanks for a fabulous Valentine's

Just spent a night here celebrating our 10 Year wedding anniversary - The Staff are fantastic from Katie in Sales helping me book that special something, we stayed in a executive suit and it was Amazing- everything Katie said it would be. On arrival we was welcomed by Becky, she made booking in effortless sitting having a chat and gave us some great recommendations. Will definitely be back soon.

Just got back from a one night stay with my husband and our two teenagers. Booked 2 rooms and requested that rooms are close by. We been giving interconnecting rooms which was great. Both rooms were spotless, good size, modern style and had tee and coffee facilities & complementary water. Very nice was a little handwritten welcome message from the housekeeper staff.

Beds sooo comfy!!!

From the fabulous views to the delightfully squishy pillows ( please contact me with the supplier! Would love these for Home!) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the 7th floor.

The views were outstanding!

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the shower was utterly amazing.... !!

Love the little extras such as bathrobes, slippers and iPads and the toiletries were far superior than the usual.

A splendid breakfast choice. Finally room service that gives you a decent amount of coffee!!

Will definitely return again.

Shout out to the chefs in the restaurant for a beautiful dinner.

Booked this for February but the day we were due to go I was too Ill so I rang them to let them know we wouldn't be going they let me change it free of charge for March which I thought was really great of them. Just had the one night there the staff were great from arriving to leaving the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The location is great would definitely stay again

Amazing hotel from checking in to checking out. Excellent,friendly and helpful staff, lovely bedroom with excellent bathroom and fab shower. The bed was comfortable and temperature perfect with a/c.

Free movies and plenty of TV choice and free water, tea and coffee.

The breakfast was excellent and buffet so I really went to town.

The hotel is perfectly situated for all the attractions and parking was £15 for 24 hours so bearable.

Everything was to a very high standard. Personal check in and out was a nice touch too. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent location with everything on your doorstep. We will 100% be back again. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Liverpool. Well done Pullman and all the hard working staff 10/10. �

Very up market and good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Had the the king size delux / superior room only fault it at £200 per night free breakfast would have been nice. Although a vast range of food was available both hot and cold and was very nice(cooked breakfast). Staff were very friendly, helpful, warm and very welcoming. Would be happy to stay again.

This is a good hotel. Standard of rooms and cleanliness was very high. There were just a few niggles stopping me giving 5 stars. The tea wasn't replenished in the room on the second day of being there and when asked for more none appeared. The breakfast variety was great but parts of the cooked breakfast (hash browns/beans)were cool/luke warm. It was under heated lights but they clearly weren't doing their job! Overall a great stay though.

Having stayed at the Pullman for a couple of days as part of a mid week break I would certainly recommend it. The hotel is very modern and sleek, the room was large, in room facilities were great (WiFi /sky), views were fantastic and the bathroom is one of the best I've seen. It was a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Albert Docks which is great if you're one for venturing to museums/galleries and trying local cuisine. The only couple of negatives would be that the full length mirror was on the wardrobe door that wouldn't fully open and when we ordered drinks at the bar the bartender got the orders wrong both nights as he was more interested in the conversation his colleagues were having instead of listening to what I was saying (both nights).

The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was our check in - my friend and I had booked 2 rooms in one transaction - we “checked in” together, the person who served us spoke to us both together, took both our names, asked for spelling, asking us if we wanted to be on the same floor, how many key cards etc. After we were done and given all the information we moved towards the lift and discovered she’d only given us one room. I moved back to the desk where she was now serving someone else and asked ‘what about my room?’ To be told she’d only checked in my friend. Why? I then had to stand there while she carried on serving the next guest feeling embarrassed and restless. Luckily there was another member of staff who called me over to ask if I wanted to be checked in with him to be asked all the same questions and spell my name again. Does seem slight, but that’s not 5 star service to me.

What a poor representation of the hospitality service. After a five hour drive we paid £15 a day to park adding £45 onto our bill, this wasn’t outlined in our booking.! We were then greeted by miserable long faced staff who couldn’t find our booking and given key card that wasn’t activated so had to faff about at reception again till we got one that worked. One towel in room for two of us & one teabag. (Non on which were replenished during our 3 night stay. No complimentary 4 * biscuits and a sour faced bar man. Made to feel like we were putting staff out. Couldn’t wait to get out of there every day. Room was however clean and one member of night staff Dave was fantastic. Lovely chap and couldn’t have been more friendly. So thanks Dave. The 3 stars are for you pal aka “Malcolm our mate” �
