Friday night was wonderful. Been a crazy weekend but we have to say this is a truly beautiful venue....we have worked here for many years even back before the refurb! Highly recommend.

The recent comment posted about this company are untrue I have used there services on many an occasion and recommended them to others the negative posts are untrue and unfair they are a brilliant company and do not deserve this kind of treatment on social media, they are a family run business who are professional, kind , courteous and I wish people would think what are doing and listen to both sides of a story before posting negative comments

Sorry I have delayed doing a review but we have been away on a long honeymoon. Pulse entertainments provided a fantastic female dj ( Lisa ) for our civil wedding and made our night perfect and extra special. Lisa was the entertainer at my little boys 4th party yesterday. She was fantastic. 3hrs of solid entertainment, no end of sweets, party games, music etc and then a magic show to finish off. Money well spent, every last penny. Would definitely recommend!!

Lisa was the DJ for my son's 21st. She was excellent and a great night was had by all. Family members and friends commented on the variety of music played and how good Lisa was. Thanks very much Lisa and Pulse Entertainments.

I went to my niece,s birthday party yesterday and Lisa was the dj she stepped in at the last minute after my sister was let down the day before and all I can say is thanks to the other dj for letting her down or we would have missed a fantastic afternoon. You engaged all the children which is hard with 11 year olds and even involved the adults too. Will only be using your company the future z

I used Pulse Entertainments for my two daughters joint christening. We had Lisa who was fantastic, kept all the kids entertained with balloons, glitter tattoos and music. They loved her and she was really funny too. Will definitely use them again and will ask for lovely Lisa :-)

I hired the princess themed bouncy castle and soft play for my daughter's 1st birthday party from Lisa and Paul and they were absolutely brilliant in product, service and customer service . I can not recommend them enough. So professional and helpful. I had a delay due to the opening times of my venue and they were so accommodating all while it was their sons birthday too (I hope he had a great day and enjoyed his goodies). I will most definitely be booking again...hopefully in time to grab a package. Thank you ever so much for making my little girls day so fun. X

I hired pulse entertainment for my daughters christening and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were really helpful and the children had a ball with all the soft play toys and ball pool. Would definitely recommend them and will be booking them again for future party's. Thankyou pulse entertainment xxxxx

my friend hired a bouncy castle for mine and her little girls birthday party.. said the castle he had would fit in the venue when he arrived he immediately said it wouldnt fit even though I had a standard size one in there before he didn't even wait for my partner to bring the tape measure just to be sure the space wasn't big enough his attitude was disgusting,, that was our only entertainment so the kids were very upset as they was really looking forward to it would never ever use these again.....

This company is appalling. The entertainer booked to arrive turned up 45mins after the start of the party. Fair enough - there had been a road accident which held him up BUT he had asked the company owner to contact us 90 MINS prior to the start of the party to explain the situation. (the owner will not allow him to have the client's contact number himself he told us). The owner did not ring, which would have given us time to prepare to entertain the children ourselves, and when we contacted him 20 mins prior to the party starting her offered no explanation for neglecting to do so.

The entertainer, when he arrived, was extremely stressed and apologetic. It took him a further 20 mins to unload/set up and when he was finally ready the sound was so loud and distorted that 2 families left!

He did not bring the balloon modelling, or the snow machine, and said "games" ususally were only musical bumps or statues but as "compensation" for his lateness he had played pass the parcel and provided the (very cheap & tacky) prize!

Since the party the owner has not provided any compensation for the time lost. He has sent vile and threatening emails to the child's parent, which I would suggest she posts online, and/or takes to the police.

In conclusion, he now claims they live/party held in Southport!!! Obviously that is untrue as he had the address in writing, the entertainer turned up at it, and if he was going to Southport he would not have been held up by the accident!

Come on Pulse Entertainment, sort this out and offer realistic compensation promptly. I have been to 2 childrens parties with superb entertainment since, happy to give anyone their names!

Not worth the money! £325 for our sons christening the man who didn't try once to get the kids together for games , for that amount of money I'd expect him to be up getting them all together to play games . The balloon modelling lasted about 5 minutes . Played only 1 game with the children .

He shouted at my son and had him in tears after arriving only 10 minutes. Defiantly not worth the money all he did was sit behind the dj box . Wouldn't recommend to anyone

I thought I'd write a review simply due to the response I got over email. We had our sons christening yesterday too. Positive the balloons were nice. Regarding the entertainment for the children well that was terrible. The entertainer didn't engage the children at all in fact I don't think he spoke on the mic for the first 2 hours

. He just had a play list , some of which had inappropriate lyrics for the audience. The DJs assistant sat on the floor with her eyes closed until she helped with the one party game which basically asked the children to go and find something blue? a handbag etc ..the response I got back from the DJ he went on to blame the children for playing and entertaining themselves, also claimed the children were climbing over his equipment which they weren't..my advice is stay away and do it yourself ..would of been better and 300 quid better off. Also tried to blame my partner when she tried to help get the games going. Lesson learned for us
