User

It was a very busy day yesterday. 5 deep at the bar. The staff were very professional and were able to spot who was next. Thanks for your hard work!

The beer garden is great too!

User

Great place, friendly staff, good drinks and food. We sat outside in the sunshine after visiting the Tate and had a couple of gin cocktails, then decided to share a platter - couldn’t fault it! Bursting at the seams with happy and friendly customers! I’d come back again if only I isn’t live 4 hours away! The Albert Dock is a vibrant, friendly place to visit - we went on Saturday 8/6/18 at around 5:30 and stayed til about 7:30

User

Fabulous meals enjoyed by all our 13 diners well done fabulous night pleasant friendly staff all meals severed together on a very busy night would definitely recommend 5

User

Called in with my pops and my son for a few drinks was very busy it didn't take long to get served all the staff are very helpful a nice friendly place on the water front

User

Was in Liverpool for a day trip from Scotland so desided to eat here we Sat outside in the sun the staff where very friendly and helpful the food was great would eat there anytime we go back

User

Visited today, and just before food was finished being served. The member of staff behind the bar couldn’t have helped enough to get the food order through.

The meal was then with me in about 10 minutes, and was well cooked and tasted great.

It’s located in a great place and well placed, would recommend

User

Very very busy Saturday lunchtime visit with world cup football showing as well. 3 deep at the bar and took ages to get our food order in. Food was good when it did arrive though (philly steak sandwich and chips from the lunch club offer).

User

There were 4 of in for lunch and drinks. The service and food were great and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the young girl who got me connected to the wifi. Would love to go back in the future.

User

Stopped for a drink and a well earned rest after exploring Liverpool. Good cask ales and the lunchtime deal was good value for money. The gentleman server was very helpful and informative when we asked him questions about the area. Nice atmosphere.

User

Really great place to chill with Gin Cocktails and great food. Very busy as it was a hot weekend. Been before will definitely be back

User

It was a very busy bank holiday Sunday and it was v v busy in the bar the staff were friendly and helpful we ordered lunch sandwiches etc (3.30) was told it would be up to 45mins but it arrived in 15 very tasty and hit the spot well done to the whole team will be back next time we are in Liverpool

User

Greene king brewery owned pub down by Liverpool dock! Food looks good and great selection of beers, usual types and some local session brews too. Prices a bit on the high side but I suppose that’s just because it’s a tourist trap!

User

Nice place if you can get served. Waited 20 mins at the bar for two drinks. Bar staff had no idea who was next to be served. People gave up and left. Didn't know to form a line to be served or just get to the bar and shout.

User

Loved the atmosphere. Shame the staff could not accommodate my request for the chicken tikka skewers with tomato and onion salad as in the description and omit the rice and pitta...

User

Stopped for a drink and an opportunity to change toddlers nappy... beer selection was ace but baby change was RANK. There was quite a stink from that area of the restaurant before staff even opened the door to the accessible loo for me. The bin for nappies was open and overflowing with nappies all over the floor and understandably, it stunk. Never used so much hand gel after we left. We didn’t stop for food.

User

Probably a little unfair but arrived on Sunday around 12 for a coffee ☕️ the steam fair was in full swing outside. Inside the pump only 2 bar staff failing to keep up with the number of customers

I think a little more planning was required and probably a look at the weather forecast

The coffee was good though

Went in yesterday afternoon and it was busy. Found a table upstairs to sit at which had glasses and was messy. I'm not fussy or complaining about that but I do take exception to rude staff. A bar maid with brown hair and glasses came over and told us the table was reserved even though there was no sign indicating such. We were polite in response and said we would move. Before we had chance to get up from the table she was spraying the table, over our drinks. I have worked in the industry myself, and understand it was a busy day but that's no excuse to be so rude to people.

User

Very slow service. We were told 30 mins for food, over an hour and still nothing. Can't get near the bar, not even that busy just not enough staff.
