Unfortunately today we have had TWO colour appointments not show.... without having a rant on social media could people please respect that time is money and also potentially space for loyal clients to have a desired appointment as well as new clients too. We have had a waiting list for this week particularly for the last 3/4 months a simple phone call to cancel would be very much appreciated for us at Pure but also for the long list of clients waiting to get an appointment before Christmas. 🧡

My hair was in a bit of a sorry state after bleaching it myself and not having it cut in a while. The girls at Pure did a wonderful colour and cut and my hair feels amazing! Such lovely and friendly staff who listened to what I wanted and advised on what would work best! Super happy customer!

Kelley did my wedding hair trial and on the day! She is so patient and lovely and made me feel so calm when deciding what i wanted. She is amazing at her job and me and my bridesmaids got so many compliments on our hair and it stayed in all day and night!!
