Quay House Beefeater

Took the family that were visiting from Belfast on Monday night for a few drinks and food. The service was absolutely top notch as was the food, nothing was too much for the young guy on the bar, thank you

This is a great bar if you want a nice relaxing drink, Staff very welcoming. The food up stairs is nice, I have eaten here a few times. I recommended the mix grill, Sign up to there reward card and you get offers for money off making it great value.

Have been to Beefeater Salford Quays about 8 times over last 2 years, and I never been disappointed. Always very clean and tidy, staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is excellent quality good value for money always a enjoyable visit. Situated next to a watersports marina on parts of the Manchester ship canal with a view Manchester United football ground across the way.

Had a lovely meal on Friday evening. Rib Eye steak and chips, followed by an amazing cheesecake with mixed berry sauce. Next morning, full English breakfast, upstairs. Can't fault it at all and the staff were great!

Great service and food for all the family, recommend to everybody!!

Came here tonight for a friend’s birthday meal. I think there was 23 of us and when it came to the bill, Pauline(?) was absolutely fantastic. So professional considering it was a lot of messing about sorting different tabs out, she really is a credit to the team. The food was gorgeous and the rest of the staff were so friendly. The baby changing room was spotless and smelled fresh! Well done to all of you. Would recommend.

Lovey and clean. Fantastic and attentive staff, tasty well presented food. Very quick service. Food piping hot. Refilled our diet pepsi as soon as they noticed our glass was empty. That was before we even asked. We will be back. Thank you for lovely relaxing evening.

Nice staff great meal but went downstairs to have a drink it was freezing some heat on please ��

Venue great, service from the staff was very good, however the food was below standard of what I would have expected from a beefeater! There it came as no surprise that the restaurant was more than half empty, shame they have lost their direction of providing great food.

The food is great at a good price but the place is under staffed and the people on duty had too much to deal with, but it won't put me off.

Starters were lovely, partners Amin was lovely, I didn't enjoy mine - I choose risotto but due to the choice I didn't enjoy it - service was good no complaints at all - we are off the main menu around 7pm, I struggled with the mnew Nu and think it's over priced for what you get. We use to eat here regularly - been twice this year and just ok I'm afraid.

Not been since January 2016 so decided to go I presumed I had booked a table on line but was told no when we got there but the place had plenty of room so no problem we ordered from the main menu my hubby ordered the Rump but was truly disappointed and had to send it back as it was fatty and grisly the nice waitress offered another but he went for the fish and chips which he didn't enjoy either any way my meal was quite enjoyable and it was good they didn't charge us for my hubby's meal which we didn't expect don't think we shall go again for some time

Food was good . But as soon as we had finished are starters the mains came . Like a bit of time in between . The food was hot & very tasty . Puddings are a let down .

Are here a number of times but my last visit wasn't so great. Ordered 4 starters and only 3 came out. When I told a member of staff told me she would get it straight away. By the time it came out the others had finished. Waited so long for the table to be cleared that my mum cleared it herself and asked for a cloth to wipe the table clean. Main meals came eventually with no extra unlimited chips. Waited a very long time to be served with drinks at the bar. The staff are very pleasant but it doesn't run very well.

Visited the beefeater yesterday evening, said it several times but mean it this time Ill never be returning.

Got food & I got the total of 9 chips with my small peice of chicken coleslaw instead off the salad I asked for.

Toilets are filthy .

Sat in the bar, No music on then without any notice the bar was closed at 10.45 ?

Trying hard to be possitive sorry i cant it has to be the worst breakfast we have ever been served .We arrived at 10.15 ok they stop serving at 10.30 so we were pushing it. Because all the tables had been cleared we were seated at the buffet table and served up warm dried up food on cold plates .The only possitive was the eggs were nice and runny .

Got there, atmosphere seemed pleasant so I thought this was going to be enjoyable. Ordered steak, asked for it well done but perhaps they thought I meant burnt to a crisp and felt like I was eating rubber. Food took ages to come which didn't help. Ordered drinks first, that alone took about 10-15mins to come, where I had to ask the waitress if it was coming with the food or not and it seemed by the look she gave me she forgot about it.



All in all in my opinion I think the meal was rather over priced, portions were quite small and the service again in my opinion wasn't of the best.

Don't think I'd return here nor recommend it.

Swore once before never to go back here but thought we would give it one more try....shouldn’t if bothered.

First if all, meal delivered by waitress, just plonked down on the table, not asked if we wanted sauces or vinegar. Knife and forks wrapped in napkins on the plate with food, when picked up full of coleslaw.

We were charged the wrong price for the meal we choose then when queried was told the waiter had ordered us the wrong meals, we were hungry so ate it. It was luke warm unappealing and bland. Definitely never going to return.

Over charged, food was poor only had rump stake had no other stakes, wasn't told about other food they didn't have just replaced it with random foods and told by the waitress they had none left when I asked why it wasn't on my plate, never again!!
