What a lovely little find, great hot chocolate, very friendly service and the added bonus of great seats to people watch in the Christmas market below

User

Went to get a new jacket. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Cafe also worth a visit with amazing banana loaf. Pay it a visit!

User

We rode over from Doncaster and what an amazing day out. The cafe, staff and shop are exactly what you expect from this fantastic organisation, the coffee, sandwiches, cakes and clothes are great and the staff can't do enough even posting some of our clothes back home as the weather had changed from a freezing start #thebest

User

Waiting patiently whilst your partner shops isn't always the most enjoyable experience but the staff were sociable & knowledgeable too when I enquiried about the brand and it's history. I think next time I'll indulge in a coffee or glass of wine while i wait! Great shop

User

To say the service I received today was good is a huge understatement.

Mark was exceptional his knowledge care and enthusiasm was truly brilliant.

He is an absolute credit to Rapha an employee who even surpasses the high quality products they produce.

Thanks again

User

Perfect post-ride cafe and the shop, while not huge, stocks most of the Rapha essentials - and if something you’re looking for isn’t on display they carry more stock than is out on the rails. Super friendly staff also.

User

Nice coffee, nice vibe, nice unpretentious staff, nice products. If you’re cycling for real the price of this stuffs irrelevant, you get what you pay for.

User

My first visit to the Rapha Bike Clubhouse in Manchester for Lunch.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Love surroundings and a great place for Lunch and chat with people who have similar interests.

Definitely will be back to try a different selection off the menu.

Thanks Mark

User

Mark in the Manchester store is fabulous! Customer Service at its best - thank you for resolving my gift voucher issues with patience and determination!

User

Loved it. Thank you. I rode in from the outskirts of Manchester and had emailed ahead to ask Vinnie in Rapha, the safest way to ride in. It worked and I got in and out safely, fed and coffeed too.

User

Love going visiting Rapha not only for their awsome kit but also their reasonably priced cafe. only down side for me is i dont fancy riding my bike into central Manchester but if you do its nice and safe inside the shop

User

I went to get my bike serviced and have an annoying bottom bracket fixed. I already loved the shop but after hanging around watching the Giro and drinking coffee with the amazing friendly staff I couldn't say enough good things. Vinny the assistant manager was super helpful and took the time out to chat about Rapha travel and help with an item I wanted to return. The bike service guy, Rob, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond with getting my bike in A1 condition. I would happily travel from Preston to get my bike serviced there again.

User

I always stop by when I’m in town, great place to talk all things cycling, great coffee and the staff are very friendly, shout out to Vinnie for the help with a jacket, I love it

User

Had some work done by Rory at the workshop here before a wee cycle tour. New chain, bottom bracket and brake bleed. Very, very happy with the work and price. Also really impressed that everything that had been tinkered with had been cleaned as well, little touch that made a big difference, thanks Rory!

User

Great shop, friendly staff and all topped

Off with the tastiest of sandwich and chocolate brownie

User

Great coffee, great Stuff ... thanx and greetings from Austria ...

User

Decided to pay a visit as I was spoilt for choice online didn't know exactly what I wanted. The guys and gals very welcoming with good banter, definitely there to advise the customers not just to make money if it wasn't right for the rider. Definitely worth a trip and will revisit again

User

Amazing place to shop eat watch the tours and also get your bike Fixed or even a quick check up while you get a Coffee. The staff are friendly and are always happy to help with the clothing and it when your in the Cafe.

If you haven't been yet get yourself down there even if you don't ride a bike!!

User

First visit to Rapha shop cost me £115 for a Core Rain jacket and socks! Owch! And the government are worried about gambling machines in Bookies! Ha! Ha! PS. Great place and coffee was wonderful. Saving up for a Brevet jersey so will revisit in new year! 😆😆
