Here at Raysons, we don't just make custom, classic and obsolete exhausts systems. We're enthusiasts! Instilled within us from a young age (from growing up on race circuits and tinkering in garages) is a passion for motorbikes and an inherited enthusiasm for old engineering. A time when things weren't just made for purpose, but with passion and pride. Keeping style as much a priority as function.

When Three times World Champion, Yrjo Vesterinen comes round for some frame repairs, and asks to see your Dads 199B. 😊👍 Finnish rider Vesty was a well known Bultaco Works rider of the 70's and it was his Job to test ride the 199B model before its release in 1981.. so who better to look over dads old bike... and after writing down the engine/frame number he has just messaged to let me know that the bike is one from the first batch they made. Another one ticked off the list... John's B25 which came in for "One of them Raysons BSA exhausts"... Our version of a works BSA/CCM pipe, which we alter to suit the each individual bike, depending on the engine size and the bore size of the pipe. As promised, the Uncensored/Unsilenced version of Dave Matravers' 4Valve Manx Norton. And how the bike will look most of the time. As 4valve Manxs' are banned ln most of the UK's Classic series.
