Redrose have been great! Helped me purchase my first home on Buckshaw Village! I'm just about getting everything ready to be settled in. All staff are nice very welcoming and friendly would highly recommend them to anyone! Just want to give special mention to Janet Fisher who helped me find a house that was just for me! Also want to thank Wendy too for coming with me on the first viewing of the house!

Redrose has been nothing short from outstanding! Me and my girlfriend had been looking for our first flat and we couldn't be more happy with the service we where given from Beth and the team. Also we had a nightmare, when we accidentally got locked out of our flat.



After speaking to Beth, on her day off she went out of her way to open the shop and grab the spare set of keys. She saved me the cost of a locksmith and my relationship!



Overall the Redrose team at Chorley and especially Beth have been amazing. Thank you so much.

From day one I have felt welcome and taken care of . Bethany was always making sure that everything is right for me as a tenant . All the staff made every effort to fix all the small things in the property with no time. Check out was smooth and easy. Would highly recommend the agent to anyone who wants to be treated not like tenant only.

Worst company to deal with, they let out a rat infested property that was deemed unfit to live by pest control to us, and then the day we found out and terminated our contract there was another to let sign out the same day we handed the keys back! So they are willing to let some other poor people go through the same, all they care about is getting your money and are never helpful, the staff are also so up themselves and on their high horses! Would advise everyone to avoid!! All lovely when taking your money the moment you have a problem they don’t want to know and are excellent at passing the blame to everyone else! �
