Today I give thanks for the clients I have. They are perfect for me and I serve them with Joy.

Olga's care, concern and compassion for her clients is second to none. She is by far one of the best reflexologists i have ever attended and spent a significant amount of time attending to my emotional needs as well as my physical needs during our sessions. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering reflexology. �����

Olga had kindly donated a reflexology session as a raffle prize which I then won! Having never had reflexology before I had no expectations but now I am converted. Olga is such a lovely, kind hearted and friendly person and she made me feel at ease. The session was so relaxing and I could instantly feel differences in my body. She gave me some great advice to take away and reassurance for areas I was concerned about. I would highly recommend!

Olga did reflexology on me last saturday. Before the treatment she did a health consultation and explained fully about what to expect before, during and after the treatment.

She asked if I had an aversion to water as the music she was using had lots of running water sounds throughout.

She said that it was up to me if I wanted to talk or not during the session and she would take my lead.

I was reassured that I could ask questions at any time and to let her know if the pressure was adequate or did I want it more or less.

I was very Relaxed throughout and did ask a couple of times what area she was working on as I felt some tenderness.

Once she had finished the treatment she popped out to get some water and placed it by my side and went away again. I drank the water but then wasnt sure if i was to stay on the table or not??? I Did say to Olga that she should say " drink the water and relax for a few minutes and then I will be back to finish off "

Olga then went through the areas that she thought I needed to be aware off as she had felt the tenderness too... she showed me the areas in her books and it was great to see how the different parts of the feet relate to the body.

The only thing that I personally would like changed was the music. I thought it was very masculine and reminded me of monks in a monestry... where as I like calm relaxing music...

But all in all , it was a fantastic treatment and very relaxing and the areas of concern were spot on .

I would highly recommend Olga.

I visited Olga last night for a Reflexology treatment, like most modern mothers I was feeling a little strung out from looking after my daughter who had come down with the flu, in fact i nearly cancelled but i'm so glad that i didn't as I had the best sleep that I've had in months last night!



I find Olga a lovely warm person who I instantly felt comfortable with, throughout the treatment I felt very nurtured and managed to totally switch off from life's stresses and worries which is a very difficult thing for me to do.



I found her very professional and I really enjoyed the music and found it deeply relaxing.



After returning home I felt deeply relaxed and slept incredibly well, I injured my shoulder a few weeks ago and it has been affecting my sleep, but last night i was able to sleep pain free and get up this morning without any stiffness in my shoulder joint.



So as far as I'm concerned your a miracle worker Olga!!!



Looking forward to many more treatments, i will definately be recommening Olga to friends and family.

What a lovely, relaxing experience.. so relaxing in fact that I almost dozed off. I found Olga to be very warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive.

At the time I was experiencing a lot of indigestion and heartburn (which I had not informed Olga about) and was amazed to find that when Olga was working with my feet that she was able to identify that there were a lot of knots in my stomach area. She informed me of this at the end when she made sure I rested, had a glass of chilled water and asked for feedback. I'm delighted to say that I have not had any problem with this since the treatment.



I would highly recommend a reflexology treatment with Olga and I'll definitely be going back- thanks Olga!

Had a lovely treatment with Olga was so enjoyable, felt very relaxed during and afterwards and mood/energy levels much better. Olga was able to pick up on so many little niggles which i found really interesting/relevant and offered advice to remedy...will def be back...a lovely lady aswell�

Extremely relaxing reflexology treatment with Olga at Head to Toe in Burnfoot. A lovely, warm room made all the better by Olga's instantly calming effect. I'm quite an advocate of reflexology, having had treatments just before the births of both of my children (something which I highly recommend to any expectant mums). Didn't expect there to be so many knots in my feet but Olga really worked them out and I felt fantastic afterwards. Thank you for a lovely treatment Olga, I'll be back for more.
