12th years of playing nothing but oldskool on a Saturday night! We are the longest running weekly oldskool night in the city!
Time to celebrate 🎉

Went in there last night (15 July 2017) for the first time with my hubby and we had a really good night. The music was brilliant and such good atmosphere. We will definitely go back here next time we visit Liverpool 👍😄

Truly sets the men apart from the boys when it comes to oldskool. Top DJs who not only played 90s music the 1s who actually lived it.. boss seeing the old faces down there on a regular basis.

Of all the bars me & my partner visited this was 100% the best bar by a mile ... Great music, great drinks offers & great atmosphere ... keep doing what ya doing ... it's brilliant �����

O yes I tell what myself and 5 family experience in this kip we wete there for a last frink on wens 25 of oct oredered a drink at 1 45 and was takeing of us ten mins later we were told to get out allowed it to be bought then took it away close we ask why could we not drinkit we were called Irish scum 4 middel aged women we were verbally attacked it was unreal we had an aful frightening experience never never again please dont let yourself go in there

Lovely friendly bar staff with a great atmosphere with music that will take you back to the eighties Toilets need to be sorted though... a bit smelly with no soap to wash your hands.

Love playing this place, deffo my favourite bar, good drink offers, open till 5am and it's free entrance all night. By far the best bar in Mathew Street and always busy! Check it out!!

Great bar free shots to entice you into bar. 80s 90s plus few bits from 00s. Beers aren't overly priced pint is less than home prices. Home is £4 there 2-3 pounds a pint approx. Live dj everyday taking your requests. Me and my friend Peter Brown will visit again soon.

Enjoyed many of my nights out here, always the place to go before your night begins ☺ cheap drinks and always friendly staff! Love the music too..

Came here on a random night out Chenine, Bobby and Laura were absolutely brilliant. They were fabulous bar staff and massively helpful when it come to drinks, shots and music. We went to numerous bars in Liverpool and this was the one we stayed in all night!! Boss bar!!

Love the music. Toilets are a let down tho. Disgusting 2 of the 3 toilets flush broken! Not nice. Need to do toilets up better! Puts me off

Had a good night in here on Friday, staff were friendly as were door staff, I'm not from area and my bag went missing I'm hoping it just dropped of a table and got kicked away. Unfortunately I've not been able to contact anyone, have sent a few emails and tried this page a few times...hoping someone will respond to advise if bag was found or not x

Can't fault the drink and dj tunes shame about the toilets and bar looked run down other than that great atmosphere

We were there for the bank holiday weekend, (3.5.15) we'd travelled from Sunderland. We walked passed the bar and were immediately approched by promotion staff who advertised the bar as an 80s and 90s bar and offered us a free shot each if we went in, as i myself love this type of music we went in.. we ordered our drinks but had to ask for r free shot. Then all they were playing was current chart stuff. We didn't even finish r drinks and left! !. Very disappointing indeed !

Loved the Music and drinks were reasonable. However one of the bar staff needs to find a different career!! He was very rude!!! Shame as we loved the place but we soon moved on to a different bar.

£9 for two small glasses of lemonade rip off it was actually suppose to be vodka and lemonade but no taste of vodka whatsoever disgrace

I am disgusted with my experience here on the 31st October 2015, there was an incident me and my friends had with two fully grown women that started having ago at us to the bouncers telling us to leave so we did at which point the bouncers turned aggressive with us and started pushing us around and knocking us to the floor and continued to do so every time we got up and throwing water over us, the language they was using was abusive and vile and as we are a group of young girls I think this is highly disgusting as they are meant to be there to protect not abuse! In the end we walked away from the situation and my friend realised her bag was still in there, as I was the calmest I went back to them and politely asked if I could go and get her bag to which they replied fuck off and come back at 4 I then asked if they wouldn't mind getting a member of staff to bring it out and they just called us fucking slag and come back at 4 to get it my friend was highly upset as it had everything in that bag, after standing there and taking their abuse they started laughing at us and passed the bag of the window sill, we continued our night in concert square where we had a better night, I wouldn't recommend this place to no one and will never be returning here either!!!

Hi I would like to make a formal complaint about the inappropriate behaviour of your door men yesterday. Myself and several other friends were trying to come into your bar and we were denied access as soon as we were at the entrance because apparently me myself and my other friend cause murder every weekend? now this is the first time since August 2017 that we have been and we have not entered your bar at any time we have visited Liverpool. I myself have only been once a year if that so I cannot see how they can say this pack of lies!. Then one of the other door men then continued to deny us access because we are gay! I think this is disgusting and homophobic. We we're out to enjoy a close friend of mines birthday and to be denied access because of our sexuality and because your door men clearly have a mix up of persons to who could be causing "murder" it is appalling. Then for the door men to radio across other door men within Matthew street and to have myself and 5 other people denied access to many other bars apart from 1 place is even more pathetic and it completely ruined the day. Luckily this didn't get us down as we finally managed to find somewhere to spend the rest of our day.

Girl selling shots got annoyed at me asking her to not sell shots to a rather drunk member of our party. So much for responsible drinking. Awful behaviour and very rude member of staff.
