As a business, I've have had to make some critical decisions over the last 2 weeks. All of these decisions have been based on the current covid-19 virus. So we will be operating on an emergency basis only.
Emergency work includes:
*Boiler breakdowns... (Mainly for elderly, vulnerable and NHS staff)
*Gas leaks
*leaks that are causing damage to property.
*Toilets not working correctly. (Including blockages)
I would also like to add that we can provide as much help over the phone in an emergency. Save us coming to the property. Dont hesitate to call! 07597690322
Protecting our customers has always been in our best interest and we have taken further steps to help protect people when working in their properties.
This includes using hand sanitizer on a regular basis, using disposable gloves and we will contact you and ask so important questions regarding the symptoms of the virus. We will also ask you to stay in another room while we work to keep the social distance.
*PLEASE NOTE*
We will not attend any callouts if anybody in the household has recently been abroad or has symptoms! Under no circumstances!
As plumbers and gas engineers we still play a vital role in society, people must have clean drinking water and sanitation. And even for the elderly and vulnerable they must have heating and hot water.
We, like everybody else in this country cant wait to get back to normality and look forward to providing the full service that we can provide рҹҳҠ

This is an update from gas safe on
*landlord gas safety certificates*
During the covid-19 situation.
... 'Landlords still have a legal duty to repair and maintain gas pipework, flues and appliances in a safe condition, to ensure an annual gas safety check on each appliance and flue, and to keep a record of each safety check. The latest restrictions on leaving the home currently allow registered gas engineers to undertake essential work, whilst taking the appropriate precautions advised to avoid spreading or contracting the virus in a new setting.
In the event you are unable to gain access to the property, e.g. persistent refusal of access due to vulnerable tenants self-isolating, the landlord will be expected to be able to demonstrate that they took reasonable steps to comply with the law, and that they are seeking to arrange the safety check as soon as all parties are able. This will need to include records of communication with the tenant, and details of any attempts where the engineer tried to gain access'
This is in effect as from today, things may change.

A new boiler installed in the loft as the original boiler is currently in the bathroom which is being removed to create space for the new bathroom (watch this spaceрҹҳҚ)
Completed with a magnacleanse to remove debris and cleanse the old rads & pipework.
... All while taking precaution with the current virus.
Its really sad to see so much uncertainty in the world right now, but one things for sure. As long as we are able to help with any plumbing & heating work, all while following the strict government guidelines and extreme hygiene and safe working to protect myself and anyone else, we will go above and beyond to help customers.
