Taking calls for urgent and emergency work again
All landlords..... Don't forget the proposed new electrical regulations are due to come into force in July 2020 ( subject to legislation and may be delayed due to covid situation)) This means YOU MUST have your property electrically inspected by a qualified person for all NEW tenancy's from July 2020 and before April 1st 2021 for existing tenancy's.
The test lasts for 5 years but our official guidelines suggest it should be done at the start of each new tenancy.

This is our work. A new consumer unit fitted following a rewire
We DON'T do work like this. This was done by a solar panel company damaging the mains board and trimming the wires to get them into the connection
All property now let / sold. Thanks for your support and interest.
