We bought a Yamaha CLP675 Clavinova an amazing piece of kit which we had fully investigated before buying. It goes without saying that this is a wonderful clavinova and it also looks great in our living room .



We chose the dark rosewood option which although not in stock the staff at Rimmers were very helpful in ordering and we received it quickly.

I spoke to the staff on several occasions on the phone and they were highly professional but also very approachable and friendly and we would definitely recommend this shop to anybody. Also the price we paid was the best we could find for the same package.



We would only want to say (and this is no criticism) but just an observation that although we were told somebody would need to be in to assist in getting the large package which the piano consisted of into our house, we did not fully appreciate how big and heavy it was so please be aware of this and although easy to do and as you would expect, it does need certain parts to be put together -the legs /back panel - that type of thing.It was straightforward to do but some people may have possibly appreciated some information on how to do this.

My daughter Aimee has been doing guitar lessons now for 4 years and loved every moment ....firstly with James now with Kelvin she also does piano with Ashley which she started two years ago ....



The lessons are taught in a fun and enthusiastic way she looks forward to going every week the guys are very accommodating and helpful in choices of work and encourage Aimee to try new things e.g... ..Ukelele.



The staff at the shop are great and really helpful they helped me choose the right piano last year and my recent purchase of a Ukelele thanks guys so glad that they are so knowledgeable because I don't have a clue but they're friendly very approachable give you time and patience especially Laura and Jack thanks guys much appreciated......

I have my music lessons with Ashley which are definitely the highlight of my week. If I win the lottery I would have more lessons. Ashley is amazing and very patient especially since some things he has had to adapt for me due to disability...... thanks Ash

Great service. Next day delivery. Really helpful staff who even sent me a free piano stool cover because the black one that came with the piano wasn’t the one I wanted. Highly recommended.

I first had lessons with James and then Kalvin. I am making progress but this was slowed down by some health issues.

Sorry but I went in store today in the hope of buying, or at least getting advice on buying a saxophone. 2 staff, no customers, no saxophones on display so I asked staff if they had any? Only one in window I'm told, website yes. No attempt to show me the one in window, didn't even bother coming from around cash desk so I looked in window, not even a price so no sale, no customer and a bad review. No wonder it was quiet.
