Visited yesterday the 5/5/18 over daughter's guitar and have to say the lady who looked after us (Vanessa) was fantastic helpful friendly welcoming will definitely be returning in future for all our guitar needs X

My 2 son's love this shop! They started music lessons today in drums and guitar. The 2 guys were fab (sam & dan) Both cant wait for next week. Highly recommend and that's after 1 lesson. the staff in the shop are lovely go out of there way to help you.

Great store staffed by people who are patient and knowledgable ... no pressure sales, ��

Found This store just before christmas. Bought a Strat Pack, since then we have bought cymbals, snare drum and stand, bass strings, various bass bits and pieces, and had a Vintage Hofner set-up. I have recently put a deposit on a new Bass. I can't praise all the staff enough for their friendliness, patience, ( i've been in A LOT ) expertise, service, and if it needs saying, their musicianship. I've been in and out of a lot of music stores over the past 35 years and these guys at Rimmers are the best.

Thanks (for now) to John Roberts, guitar Tech John, Piano Man Lewis, Lydia, Lee, Paul and all the other staff who have been willing to help. will probably be back at the weekend guys :-)

This isnt a review about the store or its staff but the indovidual music tuition within the premises. I booked a drum lesson for my daughter and after the first lesson wished to book more, however after numerous times trying to contact the drum teacher and messages passed on to rimmers staff i have had no further contact. I have come to the conclusion they are either too picky on who they want to teach or just plain ignorant, to give no reason or return my calls relects badly on your company.
