User

Went to watch Curtis Stigers and the Ronnie Scott’s Big Band re the

Wigan International Jazz Festival, it was excellent and very enjoyable

User

Staff are friendly , classes are enjoyable & we have a good laugh met a lot of good friends here , only thing is add a splash of bright colour around

User

Personally loved the place, never been before, all staff helpful, friendly an smilin, makes a huge difference, outstanding gig for the jools holland gig. Clean toilets, the bar staff were also amazin considerin the queues they had

User

A great sporting arena for a fantastic sporting town

User

Went to watch a Gymnastics event. A very good venue for that type of event. Would take a cushion next time as the venue has wooden bench seating. Easy to find with good parking and very clean and tidy.

User

I attended the Lets Sing contest last night it was very well attended and very well organised well done to every one involved. A special thank you to all the children who sang their hearts out

User

When to see Jools Holland, only problem was the venue. Seats to close together and uncomfortable also not raked, could not see the stage could only hear the music. To make matters worse it was a hot evening and the venue was stifling hot we nearly passed so after 10 minutes we got up to leave. Now know not to book for a concert in a leisure centre. Luckly enough for us we where able to stand at the back by the door where it was not so hot and we could see the stage. So paid for seats but stood all through the show as usual it was a brilliant show.

User

Very disappointed today when I brought my lad down for the family tennis and to find it wasn't on. What makes it worse was that I phoned up less than 2hrs before it was due to start to check it was going ahead. The lady at reception did her best and gave us a couple of rackets so we could use the indoor court ourselves but wasn't the same and my lad got bored after half an hour. Poor organisation

User

Price of parking is terrible on top off paying your child's entry fee to enter comps the the cost to get in its pure greed . Was red hot no air conditioning on people nearly passing out with heat . Lack of toilet roll seating very uncomfortable

User

Could really do with a dollop of tender loving care and perhaps a lick of paint....

User

I'd only give this gym two stars. The equipment are constantly failing, and rebooting during the exercise itself, and accordingly failing to monitor the progress, calories burnt...etc. The changing room quite often smells of pee. Parking is a nightmare as usually there is some sort of a gig or an event. And last but not least, I do not feel that the instructors are enthusiastic about the customers' progress and performance. I tried to upgrade my program several times and unfortunately there has been lack of response.

User

Attended this weekend for trampolining competition held in sports hall. We were left waiting outside the doors before entering. The benches are horrendous to sit on for full days, the entrance fee changed from 3.00- 5.00 per person. On a positive note the sausage barns were good value for money

User

once again the management have put their paying customers last, choosing to give the parking to non paying customers, visiting the gym at 9 o'clock ( as it opens)only to find the car parks full with PDC darts and gymnastics, with more than half of the large car park sectioned off foe Wigan athletic. On leaving at 10.30 all car parks were full. Its about time you put you members first

User

Went for 3hours to see my daughter at let's sing concert and paid £4 to park. Ridiculous

User

We go every year for dance comps and the toilets never flush or have toilet paper. Not good when young girls are dancing and are stuck in a hot hall all day.

User

Teribble to get out of and four quid to park. Rip off.

User

Parking is ridiculous at £4.00 it appears once again the Robin Park is robin motorist of yet more parking fees! Maybe the gym should contribute with tokens so you get your money back! People paying good money to use facilities then getting robbed at the pay and display machines

User

No facilities for hot drink or food machine broke person behind desk was no help total crap
